New Delhi, the 18th December, 2025

G.S.R. 908(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (ca) of sub-section 2 of section 35

of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India Act, 1997 (24 of 1997), the Central Government hereby

rescinds the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (Appointment of Officers and Employees) Regulations,

2023, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-III, Section 4, vide number A-24/2/(2)/2023-

A&P, dated the 20^th October, 2023, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such

rescission.
