का.आ. 5894(अ).—केंद्रीय सरकार ने रेलवे अजधजनयम, 1989 (1989 का 24) (इसके पश्चात उक्त अजधजनयम के

रूप में संदर्भित), की धारा 20ए की उप-धारा (1) के अंतगित िारी, भारत का रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग-II, खंड-3,

उप-खंड (ii), ददनांक 02 मई, 2025 के अंतगित प्रकाजित भारत सरकार , रेल मंत्रालय (रेलवे बोडि) की अजधसूचना संख्या

का.आ. 1994(ई) ददनांक 02 मई, 2025 (जिसे इसमें इसके पश् चात् उक्त अजधसूचना कहा गया है), द्वारा उक्त अजधसूचना से

उपाबद्ध अनुसूची में जवजनर्दिष्ट भूजम को जविेष रेल पररयोिना अर्ाित् आंध्र प्रदेि राज्य के नंद्याल जिले में महबूबनगर – डोन

दोहरीकरण के जनष्पादन, अनुरिण, प्रबंधन और पररचालन के जलए आपेजित है, एतदद्वारा ऐसी भूजम का अििन करने के

अपने आिय की घोषणा की र्ी ;

और िैसा दक उक्त अजधसूचना का सार उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20ए की उप-धारा (4) के अंतगित दैजनक

समाचारपत्रों “द हंस इंजडया, हहंदी जमलाप, सािी और एबीएन आंध्रा ज्योजत” में 09 मई 2025 को प्रकाजित दकया गया र्ा;

और िबदक, नंद्याल जिले के उडुमुलपाडु और तारिमाजन कोिूर गांवों के जलए कोई आपजियां प्राप्त नहीं हुई हैं तर्ा

सिम प्राजधकारी द्वारा जवचारोपरांत तदनुसार आदेि पाररत दकए गए हैं;

और िबदक, उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20(ई) की उप-धारा (1) के अनुसरण में सिम प्राजधकारी ने इसकी ररपोिि

केंद्रीय सरकार को प्रस्ट्तुत कर दी है;

अत: अब केंद्रीय सरकार, सिम प्राजधकारी से उक्त ररपोिि के प्राप्त होने पर और उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20(ई) की

उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह घोषणा करती है दक इससे उपाबद्ध अनुसूची में जवजनर्दिष्ट भूजम

पूवोक्त प्रयोिन के जलए अर्िित की िाएगी;

और यह दक केंद्रीय सरकार उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20ई की उप-धारा (2) के अनुसरण में यह घोषणा करती है

दक आजधकाररक रािपत्र में इस अजधसूचना के प्रकाजित होने पर इससे उपाबद्ध अनुसूची में जवजनर्दिष्ट भूजम सभी जवलंगमों से

मुक्त होकर केंद्रीय सरकार में आतयांदकत रूप से जनजहत हो िाएगी.

NOTIFICATION

Secunderabad, the 16th December, 2025

S.O. 5894(E).—Whereas, by the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Railways

(Railway Board) Number S.O 1994(E) dated the 02^nd May’2025 published in Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II,

section 3 Sub-section(ii), dated the 02^nd May, 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the said notification) and issued under

sub-section(1) of section 20(A) of the Railway Act, 1989 (24 of 1989), the Central Government declared its intention to

acquire the land specified in the schedule annexed to the said notification for the purpose of execution, maintenance,

management and operation of Special Railway Project, namely Mahabubnagar – Dhone doubling project in the District

of NANDYAL in the State of Andhra Pradesh.

And whereas, the substance of the said notification was published in daily newspapers namely “THE HANS

INDIA, HINDI MILAP, SAAKSHI and ABN Andhra Jyothi” dated 9^th May’2025 under sub section(4) of section 20A

of the said Act;

And whereas, for Udumulapadu and Thatimani Kotur villages of Nandyal district, no objections were

received and the same have been considered by the competent Authority accordingly orders have been passed;

And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of 20E of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted its

report to the Central Government;

Now therefore, upon receipt of the report of the Competent Authority and in exercise of the powers conferred

by sub-section (1) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the lands specified in the

schedule annexed hereto shall be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;

And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government here by

declares that on publication of this notification in the official Gazette, the land specified in the schedule annexed here to

shall vest absolutely in the Central Government free from all encumbrances:
