करते हुए, केंद्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा नीचे िी गई ताजलका के कॉलम (2) में नाजमत अजधकाररयों को "सक्षम प्राजधकारी" के रूप

में आजधकाररक रािपत्र में इस अजधसूचना के प्रकािन की तारीख से उि अजधजनयम के तहत ऐसे प्राजधकारी के रूप में कायय

करने के जलए अजधकृत करती है, जविेष रेलवे पररयोिना के संबंध में "ग िरात राज्य में जविेष रेलवे पररयोिना - पजिमी

रेलवे पर अहमिाबाि जडवीिन के प ल नंबर 100 (13* 30.5m स्ट्पैन ओपन वेब गडयर) और प ल (RUB/LHS) नंबर 99

(1*12.20M PSC स्ट्लैब) का जनमायण, जिसमें अन्य काम भी िाजमल हैं, कॉलम (3) में उजललजखत उप-जडवीिनों से

संबंजधत, उि ताजलका के कॉलम (4) में उजललजखत जिलों से संबंजधत, ऐसी जविेष रेलवे पररयोिना के जनष्पािन,

रखरखाव, प्रबंधन और संचालन के सावयिजनक उद्देश्य के जलए।

Mumbai, the 18th December, 2025

S.O. 5897(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (7A) of Section 2 of the Railways

(Amendment) Act-2008, the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers nominated in in column (2) of the

Table below as “Competent Authority” to perform the function as such authority under the said act with effect from

the date of publication of this notification in the official Gazette in respect of the Special Railway Project of “ Special

Railway Project in the state of Gujarat -Construction of Bridge No.100 (13* 30.5m Span open web Girder) and

Bridge (RUB/LHS) No.99 (1*12.20M PSC Slab) including misc. of Ahmedabad Division on Western Railway,

relating to Sub-Divisions mentioned in Column (3) Districts mentioned in Column (4) of the said table for the public

purpose of execution, maintenance, management and operation of such Special Railway Project.
