का.आ. 5950(अ).— रेलवे अजधजनयम, 1989 (1989 का 24) (इसके पश्चात् उक्त अजधजनयम के रूप में संदर्भित)

की धारा 20ए की उप-धारा (I) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केंद्र सरकार इस बात से संतुष्ट होने के पश्चात् दक

साविजनक प्रयोिन के जलए भूजम, जिसका संजिप्त जववरण संलग्न अनुसूची में ददया गया है, जविेष रेलवे पररयोिना अर्ाित्

तेलंगाना राज्य के खम्मम जिले में बोनकाल गांव और मंडल में “3000 एमटी लोडडंग के लक्ष्य को प्राप्त करने के जलए जवद्युत

कषिण प्रणाली का 1x25केवी से 2x25केवी में उन्नयन कायि का जनमािण – खम्मम – कोंडापल्ली सेक्िन में बोनकालु टीएसएस

का जनमािण” के जनष्पादन के जलए आवश्यक है, एतद्द्वारा ऐसी भूजम का अजधग्रहण करने की अपनी मंिा की घोषणा करती है;

उक्त भूजम में जहतबद्ध कोई भी व्यजक्त, उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20डी की उप-धारा (I) के अंतगित पूवोक्त प्रयोिन

के जलए ऐसी भूजम के अजधग्रहण और उपयोग के संबंध में आजधकाररक रािपत्र में इस अजधसूचना के प्रकािन की तारीख से

तीस (30) ददनों की अवजध के भीतर भू-अििन में अपनी आपजत्त दिि करा सकता है.

प्रत्येक ऐसी आपजत्त, सिम प्राजधकारी, अर्ाित् जविेष उप कलक्टर (भूजम अजधग्रहण) आईपीटी एवं रेलवे, खम्मम

को जलजखत रूप में की िाएगी और उसके आधारों को जनधािररत की िाएगी तर्ा सिम प्राजधकारी अर्ाित् जविेष उप कलक्टर

(भूजम अजधग्रहण) आईपीटी एवं रेलवे, खम्मम आपजत्तकताि को व्यजक्तगत रूप से या कानूनी व्यवसायी द्वारा सुनवाई का अवसर

देगा और ऐसी सभी आपजत्तयों को सुनने के बाद तर्ा आगे ऐसी िांच करने के पश्चात् यदद भूजम अजधग्रहण के जलए सिम

प्राजधकारी (सीएएलए) यह आवश्यक समझता है तो वह दकसी आदेि द्वारा आपजत्तयों को स्ट्वीकार या अस्ट्वीकार कर

सकता है.

उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20(डी) की उप -धारा (II) के अंतगित भूजम अजधग्रहण के जलए सिम प्राजधकारी द्वारा

ददया गया कोई भी आदेि अंजतम होगा.

इस अजधसूचना के अंतगित िाजमल की गई भूजम की भू-योिनाएं और अन्य जववरण उक्त सिम प्राजधकारी (सीएएलए)

के कायािलय में उपलब्ध हैं और इच्छुक व्यजक्त द्वारा उनका जनरीिण दकया िा सकता है.

NOTIFICATION

Secunderabad, the 22nd December, 2025

S.O. 5950(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 20A of the Railways Act,

1989 (24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government after being satisfied that for the

public purpose, the land, the brief description of which is given in the schedule annexed hereto, is required for the

execution of The Special Railway Project namely, “Up-gradation work of Electric Traction System from 1x25kV to

2x25KV to meet 3000 MT loading target – Construction of Bonakalu TSS in Khammam - Kondapalli section” in

Bonakal Village & Mandal in Khammam District in the state of Telangana, hereby declares its intention to acquire

such land.

Any person interested in the said land may, within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this

notification in the Official Gazette, raise objection to the acquisition and use of such land for the aforesaid purpose

under sub-section (1) of Section 20D of the said Act.

Every such objection, shall be made to the Competent Authority, namely, Special Deputy Collector(LA) IPT

&Railways, Khammam in writing and shall be set out the grounds there of and the Competent Authority Special Deputy

Collector(LA) IPT &Railways Khammam shall give the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or by

legal practitioner and may, after hearing all such objections and after making such further enquiry, if any as the

Competent Authority for Land Acquisition(CALA) thinks necessary, by order, either allow or disallow the objections.

Any order made by the Competent Authority for Land Acquisition under sub section (ii) of section 20(D) of the

said act shall be final.

The land plans and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be inspected by

the interested person at the aforesaid office of the Competent Authority (CALA).
