का.आ. 5954(अ).— केन्द्रीय सरकार, रेल अजधजनयम, 1989 (1989 का 24) एवं रेलवे )संिोधन( अजधजनयम,
2008 (2008 की संख्या 11) (जिसे इसमें इसके पिात् उक्त अजधजनयम कहा गया है( की धारा 20 (क( के उपधारा )1) के
अधीन भारत सरकार के रेल मंत्रालय )पजिम मध्य रेलवे( की अजधसूचना संख्या 1990 का.आ. 2035 (अ( तारीख 6 मई
2025 द्वारा िारी और भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उपखण्ड )II), तारीख 6 मई 2025 में प्रकाजित
अजधसूचना से उपाबद्ध अनसूची में जवजनर्ििष्ट भूजम को, मध्य प्रिेि राज्य के मंिसौर जिले में जविेष रेल पररयोिना अर्ाित,
नागिा–कोटा सेक्िन के मध्य मंिसौर जिले में समपार संख्या 75 पर रोड ओवर जिि का जनमािण कायि की पररयोिना के
जनष्पािन, अनुरक्षण, प्रबंध और प्रचालन के जलए अर्िित करने आिय की घोषणा की र्ी;
और, उक्त अजधसूचना का सार उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20 क की उपधारा )4) के अधीन िैजनक समाचारपत्रों,
अर्ाित “र्े टाइम्स ऑफ़ इंजडया” (अंग्रेिी( तारीख 22 अगस्ट्त 2025 और “िन सारंगी”, “िैजनक भास्ट्कर” (हहंिी( तारीख
22 अगस्ट्त 2025, और “कीर्तिमाण” (हहंिी( तारीख 23 अगस्ट्त 2025,
को प्रकजित दकया गया र्ा; और सक्षम प्राजधकारी द्वारा कोई आक्षेप प्राप्त नहीं दकये गए र्े;
और,सक्षम प्राजधकारी ने उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20 ङ की उपधारा )1) के अनुसरण में, केंरीय सरकार को
अपनी ररपोटि सौंप िी है;

अतः अब, केंरीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राजधकारी से उक्त ररपोटि के प्राप्त होने पर और उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20ड
की उपधारा)1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह घोषणा करती है की इससे उपाबद्ध अनुसूची में जवजनिृष्ट भूजम
पूवौक्त प्रयोिन के जलए अर्िित दक िायेगी;
यह और दक केंरीय सरकार, उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20ड की उपधारा )2) के अनुसरण में यह घोषणा करती है
की इस अजधसूचना के रािपत्र में प्रकाजित होने पर इससे उपाबद्ध अनसूची में जवजनर्ििष्ट भूजम सभी जवल्लंग्मो से मुक्त होकर
केंरीय सरकार में आत्यंजतक रूप से जनजहत हो िाएगी |

NOTIFICATION
Kota, the 11th December, 2025
S.O. 5954(E).—Whereas, by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Railways (West
Central Railway), number 1990 S.O. 2035(E) dated 6th May, 2025 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary,
Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section (ii), dated the 6th May, 2025 and issued under the sub-section(1) of section 20A of the
Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) and the Railways (Amendment) ACT, 2008 (No. 11 of 2008) (hereinafter referred to
as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the schedule annexed to
the said notification for execution, maintenance management and operation of a Special Railway Project namely,
Nagda – Kota section in Mandsaur District Construction of Road Over Bridge on LC No. 75 Project in District
Mandsaur in the State of Madhya Pradesh;
And whereas, the substance of the said notification has been published in the daily local newspapers namely,
"THE TIMES OF INDIA" (English), dated the 22th of August 2025 and "JAN SARANGI" and “DAINIK
BHASKAR” (Hindi) dated the 22th of August 2025 and another one newspaper “KIRTIMAN” dated 23th
August2025, under the sub-section (4) of section 20A of the said Act;
And whereas, no objections were received by the Competent Authority.
And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 20E of the said Act, the Competent Authority has
submitted its report to the Central Government.
Now therefore, upon receipt of the report of the Central Authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by
sub-section (1) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the lands specified in the
schedule annexed hereto shall be acquired for the aforesaid purpose.
And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of Section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby
declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the schedule annexed
hereto shall vest absolutely in the Central Government free from all encumbrances.
