का.आ. 5959(अ).— केंद्रीय सरकार रेलर्े अजधजनयम 1989 की धारा 20(क) की उपधारा (1) जिसे इसके पश्चात

उक्त अजधजनयम कहा गया है द्वारा प्रदत्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुये केंद्रीय सरकार सार्विजनक उद्ददेि के जलये संतुष्ट होने

के िाद ऐसी भूजम का जिसका संजिप्त जर्र्रण सलग्न अनुसूची में ददया गया है, िो दक जर्िेष रेल पररयोिना दजिण पूर्व मध्य

रेलर्े के अन्तगवत झारसुगडा-रायगढ़, रायगढ़-चांपा, चांपा- गेर्रा रोड, चांपा-जिलासपुर, जतल्दा-जिलासपुर, जतल्दा-दुगव,

मुंडीकोटा-नागपुर,जिलासपुर-पेंड्रारोड-अनूपपुर और रायपुर-लखोली के मध्य में मौिूदा 1x25KV रैक्िन जसस्ट्टम को 3000

MT लोडडंग लक्ष्य को पूरा करने के जलए 2x25 KV एटी फीडर व्यर्स्ट्था में अपग्रेड करने हेतु उडीिा, छत्तीसगढ़ एर्म्

महराष्ट्र राज्य में जनष्पादन के जलए आर्श्यक है एतद द्वारा अजधग्रहण करने के आिय की घोषणा करती है | उक्त भूजम में

जहतिद्ध कोई व्यजक्त इस अजधसूचना के रािपत्र में प्रकाजित होने की तारीख से 30 ददन के भीतर उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा

20 (घ) की उपधारा (1) के अधीन पूर्ोक्त प्रयोिन के जलए ऐसी भूजम के अिवन एर्ं उपयोग के सम्िन्ध पर आिेप कर सकेगा|

ऐसा प्रत्येक आिेप सिम प्राजधकारी यानी अनुजिभागीय अजधकारी (रा०) कोरिा, जिला कोरिा , छत्तीसगढ़ को

स्ट्र्यं या दकसी र्कील के माध्यम से जलजखत में दकया िाएगा और उसके आधार उपर्र्णवत दकये िायेंगे तथा सिम प्राजधकारी

आिेप कताव को व्यजक्तगत रूप से या दकसी र्कील के माध्यम से सुनर्ाई का अर्सर प्रदान करेगा और ऐसे सभी आिेपों की

सुनर्ाई करने तथा ऐसी अजतररक्त िांच यदद कोई हो तो करने के पश्चात िो सिम प्राजधकारी आर्श्यक समझें, आदेि द्वारा

आिेपों को या तो अनुगत या अनअनुगत कर सकेगा |

उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20 (घ) की उपधारा (2) के अधीन सिम प्राजधकारी द्वारा दकया गया कोई भी आदेि

अंजतम होगा, इस अजधसूचना के अधीन आने र्ाली भूजम का रेखांकन एर्ं अन्य व्योरे उपलब्ध है और जहतिद्ध व्यजक्त द्वारा

उनका जनरीिण सिम प्राजधकारी के उपरोक्त कायावलय में दकया िा सकता है |

दजिण पूर्व मध्य रेलर्े के अन्तगवत झारसुगडा-रायगढ़, रायगढ़-चांपा, चांपा- गेर्रा रोड, चांपा-जिलासपुर, जतल्दा-

जिलासपुर, जतल्दा-दुगव, मुंडीकोटा-नागपुर,जिलासपुर-पेंड्रारोड-अनूपपुर और रायपुर-लखोली के मध्य में मौिूदा 1x25KV

Bilaspur, the 22nd December, 2025

NOTIFICATION UNDER SECTION 20 A of THE RAILWAY ACT 1989

S.O. 5959(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) of section 20(A ) of the Railway Act,

1989 (24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred as the said act) , the Central Government after being satisfied that for the public

purpose, the land brief description of which is given in the schedule annexed hereto is required for execution of Special

Railway Project, namely for Up-gradation of existing 1x25KV Traction System to 2x25KV OHE with AT feeder

arrangement between Jharsugda-Raigarh, Raigarh-Champa, Champa – Gevra Road, Champa-Bilaspur, Tilda-

Bilaspur, Tilda-Durg, Mundikota-Nagpur, Bilaspur-Pendra Road-Anuppur & Raipur-Lakholi sections over SEC

Railway to meet 3000MT loading target in the state of Odisha, Chhattisgarh and Maharashtra over SEC railway, hereby

declares its intention to acquire such land.

Any person interested in the said land may within a period of 30 days from the date of publication of this

notification in the official gazette, raise objection to the acquisition of such land for the aforesaid purpose under sub

section (1) of section 20 (D) of the said act.

Every objection shall be made to the competent authority namely, Sub Divisional Magistrate (Revenue) Korba,

Chhattisgarh in writing and shall set out grounds thereof and the competent authority shall give the objector an

opportunity of being heard, either in person or through a legal practitioner and may after hearing all such objections and

after making such further enquiry, if any as the competent authority thinks necessary by order either allow or disallow

the objections.

Any order made by the competent authority under sub section (2) of section 20 (D) of the said act shall be final.

The land plans and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be inspected by the

interested person at the aforesaid office of the competent authority.

Brief description of the land to be acquired, with or without structure, falling within the proposed Special

Railway Project namely for Up-gradation of existing 1x25KV Traction System to 2x25KV OHE with AT feeder

arrangement between Jharsugda-Raigarh, Raigarh-Champa, Champa- Gevra Road, Champa-Bilaspur, Tilda-Bilaspur,

Tilda-Durg, Mundikota-Nagpur, Bilaspur-Pendra Road-Anuppur & Raipur-Lakholi sections over SEC Railway to meet

3000MT loading target in the state of Chhatisgarh.
