CORRIGENDUM

Kolkata, the 17th December, 2025

S.O. 5973(E).— In partial modification of notification S.O. No. 5123(E) dated 28th October, 2025 of land

acquisition for Special Railway Project, namely, “Howrah Division - 40 Nos Elimination of Level Crossing of DFC

route by ROB/RUBs on Indian Railway - DKAE-KAN HBC Chord line” in the District of Hooghly in the State of West

Bengal under sub- section (1) of section 20A of the Railways Act, 1989, (as amended vide the Railways (Amendment)

Act, 2008) published in Gazette of India, Extraordinary, part II – section 3 – Sub-section (ii) vide No. 4968 dated 12th

November, 2025 following are to be corrected-

1. In Sl. No. (5), Level Crossing Gate No. 20/C/E at IR KM 23/21-23 between Begampur & Baruipara Stn., Mouza-

Kharsarai, J.L. No. 71 (L. R.), Plot No. 1248:

Acquisition Area 0.450 Acres is to be read as 0.045 Acres.

2. In Sl. No. (7), Level Crossing Gate No. 28C/T at IR KM 33/31A-33 between Kamarkundu & Madhusudanpur Stn.,

Mouza- Kamarkundu, J.L. No. 53 (L.R.):

Plot No. 301 is to be read as Plot No. 281.
