राज्य में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या-NH162 एक्सटेंशि के कक.मी 94.300 ककमी से 128.800 तक के दो लेि पेव्ड शोल्डर

सधहत में उन्नयि हेतु उि अिुसूची के स्तम्भ (4), (5), (6) और (7) में क्रमशः उधल्लधखत राज्य, धजलों, तालुकों और र्ावों से

सम्बधन्द्ित उि अिुसूची के स्तम्भ (3) की तत्सस्थािी प्रधवधि में धवधिर्दगि भूधम के सम्बन्द्ि में अिुसूची के स्तम्भ (2) में

उधल्लधखत अधिकाररयों को उि अधिधियम के अन्द्तर्गत सक्षम अधिकाररयों के कृत्सयों का धिष्पादि करिे के धलए एतद्द्वारा

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 24th December, 2025

S.O. 5983(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act,

1956(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule

annexed here to as the competent authorities to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act with effect

from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land specified in

the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Schedule relating to state, districts, taluk and villages mentioned

in column (4), (5), (6) and (7) respectively of the said Schedule for building to 2 laning with paved shoulders of

km. 94.300 to 128.800 of NH-162 Ext. in the State of RAJASTHAN.
