का.आ. 5989(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार ने, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिधियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) (धजसे इसमें इसके

पश्चात् उक्त अधिधियम कहा र्या है) की िारा 3क की उपिारा (1) के अिीि जारी की र्ई भारत सरकार के सड़क पररवहि

और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचिा संख्या का.आ. 473(अ) तारीख 27 जिवरी 2025, जो भारत के राजपत्र, असािारण,

भार् II, खण्ड 3, उपखंड (ii) में प्रकाधित की र्ई थी, द्वारा उत्तर प्रदेि राज्य के एटा धजले में NH 321G के कक.मी. 51+600

से 75+700 कक.मी. तक (आर्रा-जलेसर-एटा मार्ग) (सेक्िि-2) के धलए भू-खण्ड के धिमागण,(चौड़ा करिे/2-लेि/4-बिािे

आकद), अिुरक्षण, प्रबंिि और प्रचालि के धलए उस अधिसूचिा से उपाबद्ध अिुसूची में धवधिर्दगष्ट भूधम का अजगि करिे के

अपिे आिय की घोषणा की थी ;

और उक्त अधिसूचिा का सार उक्त अधिधियम की िारा 3क की उपिारा (3) के अिीि तारीख " 07 धसतम्बर

2025 को "हहंदुस्ताि (हहंदी)" और "हहंदुस्ताि टाइम्स (अंग्रेजी)" दोिों में प्रकाधित ककया र्या था ;

और जबकक सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा ककसी भी व्यधक्त से कोई आपधत्त प्राप्त िहीं हुई है;

और जबकक सक्षम प्राधिकारी िे उक्त अधिधियम की िारा 3घ की उपिारा (1) के अिुसरण में, केंरीय सरकार को

अपिी ररपोटग दे दी है;

अतः अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राधिकारी की उक्त ररपोर्ग प्राप्त हो जािे पर और उक्त अधिधियम की िारा 3घ

की उपिारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त िधक्तयों का प्रयोर् करते हुए, यह घोषणा करती है कक उक्त अिुसूची में धवधिर्दगष्ट भूधम का पूवोक्त

प्रयोजि के धलए अजगि ककया जािा चाधहए ;

और अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, उक्त अधिधियम की िारा 3घ की उपिारा (2) के अिुसरण में यह घोषणा करती है कक

इस अधिसूचिा के राजपत्र में प्रकािि पर, उक्त अिुसूची में धवधिर्दगष्ट भूधम सभी धवल्लंर्मों से मुक्त होकर आत्यधन्द्तक रूप से

केन्द्रीय सरकार में धिधहत हो जाएर्ी ।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 24th December, 2025

S.O. 5989(E).— Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport

and Highways, number S.O.473(E) Dated: 27 January 2025 , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary,

Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956

(48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the land

specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for (widening / four-laning, etc.), Maintenance, management

and operation of NH321G in the stretch of land from Km. 51+600 to Km. 75+700 (Agra-Jalesar-Etah Road)

(Package-2) in the district of ETAH in the state of UTTAR PRADESH.

And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “Hindustan (Hindi)” And

“Hindustan Times (English)” both dated “07 September 2025”; under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the

said Act;

And whereas no objections has been received From any person by the Competent Authority;

And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has

submitted its report to the Central Government;

Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers

conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land

specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;

And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby

declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall vest

absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.

SCHEDULE

Brief description of the land to be acquired, with or without structure, falling within the NH 321G in the stretch of land

from Km. 51+600 to Km. 75+700 (Agra-Jalesar-Etah Road) (Package-2) in the district of ETAH in the state of

UTTAR PRADESH.
