का.आ. 5994(अ).— केन्द्रीय सरकार ने, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिधियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) (धजसे इसमें इसके

पश्चात् उक्त अधिधियम कहा र्या है) की िारा 3क की उपिारा (1) के अिीि जारी की र्ई भारत सरकार के सड़क पररवहि

और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचिा संख्या का.आ.4972 (ई) दििांक 03 िवंबर 2025, जो भारत के राजपत्र, असािारण,

भार् II, खण्ड 3, उपखंड (ii) में प्रकाधित की र्ई थी, द्वारा किागटक राज्य के धचकमर्लूर धजले में NH206 के दक.मी.

174+000 से दक.मी.217+000 (तुमकुर- धिमोर्ा सेक्िि ) तक के राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग के धिमागण (चोड़ा करिे / चार लेि का

बिािे, आदि), अिुरक्षण, प्रबंिि और प्रचालि के धलए उस अधिसूचिा से उपाबद्ध अिुसूची में धवधिर्िगष्ट भूधम का अजगि करिे

के अपिे आिय की घोषणा की थी ;

और उक्त अधिसूचिा का सार उक्त अधिधियम की िारा 3क की उपिारा (3) के अिीि

तारीख "08 िवंबर 2025" को " धवजया किागटक" (कन्नड़) और "ि टाइम्स ऑफ़ इधण्डया"(अंग्रेजी) िोिों में प्रकाधित दकया

र्या था;

और आक्षेप प्राप्त हुए थे और सक्षम प्राधिकारी िे उि पर धवचार कर धलया है और आक्षेपों को अििुज्ञात कर

दिया है ;

और सक्षम प्राधिकारी िे उक्त अधिधियम की िारा 3घ की उपिारा (1) के अिुसरण में, केन्द्रीय सरकार को अपिी

ररपोटग िे िी है ;

अतः अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राधिकारी की उक्त ररपोटग प्राप्त हो जािे पर और उक्त अधिधियम की िारा 3घ

की उपिारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िधक्तयों का प्रयोर् करते हुए, यह घोषणा करती है दक उक्त अिुसूची में धवधिर्िगष्ट भूधम का पूवोक्त

प्रयोजि के धलए अजगि दकया जािा चाधहए ;

और अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, उक्त अधिधियम की िारा 3घ की उपिारा (2) के अिुसरण में यह घोषणा करती है दक

इस अधिसूचिा के राजपत्र में प्रकािि पर, उक्त अिुसूची में धवधिर्िगष्ट भूधम सभी धवल्लंर्मों से मुक्त होकर आत्यधन्द्तक रूप से

केन्द्रीय सरकार में धिधहत हो जाएर्ी ।

MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 24th December, 2025

S.O. 5994(E).— Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport

and Highways, S.O 4972(E) dated 3th November 2025, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II,

Section 3, Sub-section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956)

(hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intension to acquire the land specified in

the Schedule annexed to the said notification for building (widening/four-laning, etc.), maintenance, management and

operation of NH206 on the stretch of land from Km 174+000 to Km 217+000 (Tumkur to Shimoga section) of NH-206

in the district of CHIKKAMANGALURU in the state of KARNATAKA;

And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “Vijaya Karnataka” (Kannada)

and “The Times of India” (English) both dated 08th November 2025;; under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the

said Act;

And whereas objections have been received and the same have been considered and disallowed by the

competent Authority;

And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has

submitted its report to the Central Government;

Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers

conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land

specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;

And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby

declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall vest

absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.
