का.आ. 5995(अ).— केन्द्रीय सरकार ने, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिधियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) (धजसे इसमें इसके

पश्चात् उक्त अधिधियम कहा र्या है) की िारा 3क की उपिारा (1) के अिीि जारी की र्ई भारत सरकार के सड़क पररवहि

और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचिा संख्या का.आ. 4734(E) तारीख 17/10/2025, जो भारत के राजपत्र, असािारण,

भार् II, खण्ड 3, उपखंड (ii) में प्रकाधित की र्ई थी, द्वारा छत्तीसर्ढ़ राज्य के कोण्‍डार्ांव धजले में NH-30 (Old NH-43)

के कक.मी. 180.000 से कक.मी.241.000 (बेडमा से दहीकोंडा सेक्सि) तक के भूखण्ड के (चौड़ीकरण/पेव्हड िोल्डर सधहत

दो-लेि/चार लेि का बिािे आकद) धिमागण, अिुरक्षण, प्रबंिि और प्रचालि के धलए उस अधिसूचिा से उपाबद्ध अिुसूची में

धवधिर्दगष्ट भूधम का अजगि करिे के अपिे आिय की घोषणा की थी ;

और उक्त अधिसूचिा का सार उक्त अधिधियम की िारा 3क की उपिारा (3) के अिीि तारीख 26.10.2025 को

दण्डकारण्य समाचार (अंग्रेजी) एवं कमगक्ांधत (धहन्द्दी) में प्रकाधित ककया र्या था ;

जबकक सक्षम प्राधिकारी को िारा 3-र् के तहत दायर आपधत्त प्राप्त हुई है, धजस पर धवचार ककया र्या है और उसका

उधचत रूप से धिपटाि ककया र्या;

और सक्षम प्राधिकारी िे उक्त अधिधियम की िारा 3घ की उपिारा (1) के अिुसरण में, केन्द्रीय सरकार को अपिी

ररपोटग दे दी है ;

अतः अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राधिकारी की उक्त ररपोटग प्राप्त हो जािे पर और उक्त अधिधियम की िारा 3घ

की उपिारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त िधक्तयों का प्रयोर् करते हुए, यह घोषणा करती है कक उक्त अिुसूची में धवधिर्दगष्ट भूधम का पूवोक्त

प्रयोजि के धलए अजगि ककया जािा चाधहए ;

और अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, उक्त अधिधियम की िारा 3घ की उपिारा (2) के अिुसरण में यह घोषणा करती है कक

इस अधिसूचिा के राजपत्र में प्रकािि पर, उक्त अिुसूची में धवधिर्दगष्ट भूधम सभी धवल्लंर्मों से मुक्त होकर आत्यधन्द्तक रूप से

केन्द्रीय सरकार में धिधहत हो जाएर्ी ।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 24th December, 2025

S.O. 5995(E).— Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport

and Highways, 4734(E) Dated:17/10/2025 , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-

section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter

referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the Schedule

annexed to the said notification for Raod (Widening/with paved shuolder Two-Four laning etc), Maintenance,

management and operation of NH-30(Old NH-43) in the stretch of land from Km. 180.000 to Km. 241.000 (Bedma to

Dahikonda Section) in the District of Kondagaon in the state of Chhattisgarh.

And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published on the dated 26.10.2025 in

"Dandkarnay Samachar" (English) and "Karamkranti" (Hindi) ; under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said

Act;

And whereas the Competent Authority has received objections filed under Section 3-C, considered and settled

the same appropriately;

And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has

submitted its report to the Central Government;

Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers

conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land

specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;

And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby

declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall vest

absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.
