का.आ. 6010(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार को ऐसा प्रतीत होता है दक लोक जहत में यह आवश्यक है दक श्रीकाकुलम-

अंगुल पाईपलाइन (एस ए पी एल) और स्ट्पर पाईप लाईन के पररयोिना के अन्द्तगगत खजनि उत्पाि के पररवहन हेतु अंगुल

से श्रीकाकुलम तक गेल (इजण्डया) जलजमटेड द्वारा ओजडिा राज्य में पाईपलाइन जबछाई िानी चाजहए ।

और केन्द्रीय सरकार को ऐसी पाईप लाइन जबछाने के प्रयोिन के जलए यह आवश्यक प्रतीत होता है दक उस भूजम

में जिस के भीतर उक्त पाईप लाइन जबछाई िाने का प्रस्ट्ताव है और िो इस अजधसूचना से संलग्न अनुसूची मे वर्णगत है,

उपयोग के अजधकार का अिगन दकया िाए।

अतः अब केन्द्रीय सरकार पेरोजलयम और खजनि पाईप लाइन (भूजम मे उपयोग के अजधकार का अिगन) अजधजनयम

1962 (1962 का 50) की धारा 3 दक उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रित िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, उस भूजम मे उपयोग के

अजधकार का अिगन करने के अपने आिय की घोषणा करती है।

कोई व्यजक्त, िो उक्त अनुसूची में वर्णगत भूजम में जहतबद्ध है, उस तारीख से जिसको जिसको उक्त अजधजनयम की

धारा 3 की उपधारा (1) अधीन भारत के रािपत्र यथा प्रकाजित इस अजधसूचना की प्रजतयााँ साधारण िनता को उपलब्ध

करा िी िाती है, 21 दिन के भीतर भूजम के नीचे पाईप लाइन जबछाये िाने की सबंध मे, सक्षम प्राजधकारी ओजडिा,

गेल(इजण्डया) जलजमटेड 612 उत््ल जसग्नेचर, पाहाल, एनहच- 16 बनेस्ट्वर -751032 को जलजखत रूप मे आक्षेप भेि

सकेगा।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 24th December, 2025

S.O. 6010(E).—Whereas, it appears to the Central Government that it is necessary in the public interest

under the Srikakulam-Angul Pipeline Project (SAPL) and Spur pipeline for the transportation of Petroleum Product

from Angul to Srikakulam in the state of Odisha a pipeline should be laid by Gail (India) Limited.

And whereas, it appears to the Central Government that for the purpose of laying such pipeline, it is

necessary to acquire the right of user in land under which the said pipeline is proposed to be laid and which is

described in the Schedule annexed hereto;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Petroleum and

Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby

declares its intention to acquire the right of user therein;

Any person interested in the land describe in the said schedule may, within twenty one days from the date of

which the copies of the notification issued under sub-section(1) of the Section 3 of the said Act, as published in the

Gazette of India are made available to the general public, object in writing to the acquisition of the Right of User

therein for laying of the pipeline under the land to competent Authority,(Odisha) Gail (India) Limited, 612 Utkal

Signature,Pahal, NH-16 Bhubaneswar- 751032.
