का.आ. 6030(अ).— केन्द्रीय सरकार को ऐसा प्रतीत होता है दक लोकजहत में यह आवश्यक है दक गुिरात राज्य में
एल.पी.िी. के पररवहन के जलए "कांडला गोरखपुर एल.पी.िी. पाइपलाइन पररयोिना" अनुभाग : जपपावाव से िुमाड टर्मिनल
के दियान्द्वयन हेतु आई.एच.बी. जलजमटेड द्वारा पाइपलाइन जबछाई िानी आवश्यक है ।
और केन्द्रीय सरकार को ऐसी पाइपलाइन जबछाने के प्रयोिन के जलए आवश्यक प्रतीत होता है दक ऐसी भूजम में िो
इससे उपाबद्ध अनुसूची में वर्णित है, और जिसमें उक्त पाइपलाइन जबछाई िाने का प्रस्ट्ताव है, उपयोग के अजधकार का अििन
दकया िाए;
अतः अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, पेरोजलयम और खजनि पाइपलाइन (भूजम में उपयोग के अजधकार का अििन) अजधजनयम,
1962 (1962 का 50) की धारा 3 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए उस भूजम में उपयोग के अजधकार
का अििन करने के अपने आिय की घोषणा करती है;
कोई व्यजक्त, िो उक्त अनुसूची में वर्णित भूजम में जहतबद्ध है, उस तारीख से जिसको इस अजधसूचना में युक्त भारत के
रािपत्र की प्रजतयां साधारण िनता को उपलब्ध करा िी िाती हैं, इक्कीस दिन के भीतर, भूजम के नीचे पाइपलाईन जबछाए
िाने हेतु उसमें उपयोग के अजधकार के संबन्द्घ में श्री अवलाभाई खातराभाई बारीआ, सक्षम प्राजधकारी एवं जडप्टी कलेकटर
(सेवाजनवृत्त), "कांडला गोरखपुर एल.पी.िी. पाइपलाइन पररयोिना", आई.एच.बी. जलजमटेड, गुिरात को जलजखत रूप में
आक्षेप भेि सकेगा ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 23rd December, 2025
S.O. 6030(E).—Whereas, it appears to the Central Government, that it is necessary in the public interest that
for the transportation of the LPG a pipeline should be laid for implementing “Kandla -Gorakhpur LPG Pipeline Project”,
by IHB Limited from Pipavav to Dumad Terminal, in the state of Gujarat.
And, whereas, it appears to the Central Government that for the purpose of laying the said pipeline, it is
necessary to acquire the right of user (RoU) in the land under which the said pipeline is proposed to be laid, and which
is described in the Schedule annexed to this notification;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Section (1) of Section 3 of the Petroleum and
Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby
declares its intention to acquire the right of user therein;
Any person who is interested in the land described in the said Schedule, may submit objection in writing to
Shri Avalabhai Khatarabhai Baria, Competent Authority and Deputy Collector (Retd), "Kandla Gorakhpur LPG Pipeline
Project” IHB Limited, Gujarat within twenty-one days from the date on which the copies of this notification issued
under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the said Act, as published in the Gazette of India, are made available to the
general public.
