का.आ. 6025(अ).— रेल (संिोधन) अजधजनयम-2008 की धारा 2 के खंड (7ए) द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग

करते हुए, केंद्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा नीचे िी गई ताजलका के स्ट्तंभ (2) में नाजमत अजधकाररयों को “सक्षम प्राजधकारी” के रूप में

उि अजधजनयम के अंतगगत ऐसे प्राजधकारी के रूप में कायग करने के जलए अजधकृत करती है, िो इस अजधसूचना के रािपत्र में

प्रकािन की जतजि से प्रभावी होगा, उि ताजलका के स्ट्तंभ (3) में उजललजखत उप-मंडलों और स्ट्तंभ (4 में उजललजखत जिलों

से संबंजधत “ग िरात राज्य में जविेष रेल पररयोिना - िेिालप र-हािीप र-लूना वाया नखत्राणा नई लाइन (82 दकलोमीटर)

पररयोिना” के जनष्पािन, रखरखाव, प्रबंधन और संचालन के सावगिजनक उद्देश्य के जलए।

NOTIFICATION

Mumbai, the 26th December, 2025

S.O. 6025(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (7A) of Section 2 of the Railways

(Amendment) Act-2008, the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers nominated in in column (2) of the

Table below as “Competent Authority” to perform the function as such authority under the said act with effect from

the date of publication of this notification in the official Gazette in respect of the Special Railway Project of “ Special

Railway Project in the state of Gujarat -Deshalpur-Hajipur-Luna Via Nakhatrana New Line (82 K.M) project relating

to Sub-Divisions mentioned in Column (3) Districts mentioned in Column (4) of the said table for the public purpose

of execution, maintenance, management and operation of such Special Railway Project.
