का.आ. 6049(अ).— केन्द्रीय सरकार ने, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिधनयम, 1956 (1956 का 48) (धजसे इसमें इसके
पश्चात् उक्त अधिधनयम कहा र्या है) की िारा 3 क की उपिारा (1) के अिीन जारी की र्ई भारत सरकार के सड़क पररवहन
और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 725(अ) तारीख 11/02/2025, जो भारत के राजपत्र, असािारण,
भार् II, खण्ड 3, उपखंड (ii) में प्रकाधित की र्ई थी, द्वारा जम्मू और कश्मीर केंर िाधसत प्रदेि के राजौरी धजले में
NH-144A के कक.मी. 116+980 से कक.मी. 146+700 (अखनूऱ से प ुँछ रोड) तक के भूखण्ड के धनमागण
(दो लेन का बनाने/चौड़ा करने), अन रक्षण, प्रबंिन और प्रचालन के धलए उस अधिसूचना से उपाबद्ध अन सूची में धवधनर्दगष्ट
भूधम का अजगन करने के अपने आिय की घोषणा की थी ;
और उक्त अधिसूचना का सार उक्त अधिधनयम की िारा 3क की उपिारा (3) के अिीन
तारीख "06.04.2025" को "स्टेट टाइम " और "दैधनक जार्रण" दोनों में प्रकाधित ककया र्या था ;
और आक्षेप प्राप्त हुए थे और सक्षम प्राधिकारी ने उन पर धवचार कर धलया है और आक्षेपों को अनन ज्ञात कर
कदया है ;

और सक्षम प्राधिकारी ने उक्त अधिधनयम की िारा 3घ की उपिारा (1) के अन सरण में, केन्द्रीय सरकार को अपनी
ररपोटग दे दी है ;
अतः अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राधिकारी की उक्त ररपोटग प्राप्त हो जाने पर और उक्त अधिधनयम की िारा 3घ
की उपिारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त िधक्तयों का प्रयोर् करते हुए, यह घोषणा करती है कक उक्त अन सूची में धवधनर्दगष्ट भूधम का पूवोक्त
प्रयोजन के धलए अजगन ककया जाना चाधहए ;
और अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, उक्त अधिधनयम की िारा 3घ की उपिारा (2) के अन सरण में यह घोषणा करती है कक
इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकािन पर, उक्त अन सूची में धवधनर्दगष्ट भूधम सभी धवल्लंर्मों से म क्त होकर आत्यधन्द्तक रूप से
केन्द्रीय सरकार में धनधहत हो जाएर्ी ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 29th December, 2025
S.O. 6049(E).— Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport
and Highways, S.O.725 (E) Dated:11.02.2025 , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3,
Sub-section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter
referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the Schedule
annexed to the said notification for building (widening/2-laning, etc.), Maintenance, management and operation of
NH-144A in the stretch of land from K.m.116+980 to K.m. 146+700. Akhnoor to Poonch Road in the district
of Rajouri in the Union Territory of JAMMU & KASHMIR.
And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “State Time” and “Amar Ujala” both
dated 06.04.2025; under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said Act;
And whereas objection have been received and the same have been considered and disallowed by the competent
authority;
And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted
its report to the Central Government;
Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers conferred
by the sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land specified in
the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;

And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares
that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall vest absolutely
in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.
