का.आ. 6069(अ).— केंन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिधियम 1956 (1956 का 48) (धजसे इिमें इसके

पश्चात उक्त अधिधियम कहा र्या है) की िारा 3क की उप-िारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शधक्तयों का प्रयोर् करते हुए, यह समािाि

हो जािे के पश्चात कक महाराष्ट्र राज्य के िाधसक धजले में राष्ट्रीय महामार्ग संख्या-752जी के 21/427 कक.मी. से 64/000

कक.मी. तक के भूखण्ड (पपंपलिेर से सटाणा रोड सेक्शि-2) (चौड़ीकरण/पेव्ड शोल्डर सधहत 2-लेि/4-लेि का बिािा आकद),

तक के धिमागण, अिुरक्षण, प्रबन्द्ि और प्रचालि के लोक प्रयोजि के धलए वह भूधम अपेधक्षत है, धजसका संधक्षप्त वणगि िीचे

अिुसूची में कदया र्या है, ऐसी भूधम का अजगि करिे के अपिे आशय की घोषणा करती है ;

कोई भी व्यधक्त, जो उक्त भूधम में धहतबद्ध है, उक्त अधिधियम की िारा 3र् की उप-िारा (1) के अिीि पूवोक्त

प्रयोजि के धलए ऐसी भूधम के उपयोर् पर राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचिा के प्रकाशि की तारीख में इक्कीस कदि के भीतर आक्षेप

कर सकेर्ा ;

ऐसी प्रत्येक आक्षेप सक्षम प्राधिकारी, अर्ागत उप कलक्टर (भूमी अजगि), राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग पररयोजिा, िाधसक को

धलधखत रूप में प्रस्तुत ककया जायेर्ा और उसमें उसके आिार अधिकधर्त ककए जाएंर्े और सक्षम प्राधिकारी, आक्षेपकताग को

व्यधक्तर्त रूप मे धविी व्यवसायी व्दारा सुिे जािे का अवसर देर्ा और ऐसे आक्षेपों को सुिवाई के पश्चात तर्ा ऐसी और

जााँच करिे के पश्चात, यकद कोई हो, धजसे सक्षम प्राधिकारी आवश्यक समझे, आदेश द्वारा या तो आक्षेपों को अिुज्ञात कर

सकेर्ा ;

उक्त अधिधियम की िारा 3र् की उप-िारा (2) के अिीि सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा ककया र्या कोई भी आदेश अंधतम

होर्ा ; और

इस अधिसूचिा के अंतर्गत आिे वाली भूधम के रेखांक और अन्द्य ब्यौरे सक्षम प्राधिकारी के उक्त कायागलय में उपलब्ि

हैं और उिका धहतबद्ध व्यधक्तयों द्वारा धिरीक्षण ककया जा सकता है ।

MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 29th December, 2025

S.O. 6069(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of 3A of the National Highway Act,

1956 (48 of 1956) (hereafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government, after being satisfied that for the public

purpose, the land, the brief description of which is given in the Schedule below, is required for building Construction

of a (widening/two lane with paved shoulder/four laning etc.,) with paved shoulder configuration, maintenance,

management and operation of National Highway No.752G in the stretch of land from Km. 21/427 to Km. 64/000

(Pimpalner to Satana Road Section-2) in the district of NASHIK in the state of MAHARASHTRA, hereby declares

its intention to acquire such land;

Any person interested in the said land may, within twenty-one days from the date of publication of this

notification in the Official Gazette, object to the use of such land for the aforesaid purpose under sub-section(1) of

section 3C of the said Act.

Every such objection shall be made to the Competent Authority, namely, the Deputy Collector (Land

Acquisition) National Highway Project, Nashik in writing and shall set out the grounds there of and the Competent

Authority shall give the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or by a legal practitioner, and may, after

hearing all such objections and after making such further enquiry, if any, as the Competent Authority thinks necessary,

by order, either allow or disallow the objections.

Any order made by the Competent Authority under sub-section (2) of section 3C of the said Act shall be final.

The land plans and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be inspected

by the interested person at the aforesaid office of the Competent Authority.
