का.आ. 6117(अ).–– यत:, मै आंध्र प्रिेि इन्डस्ट्रीयल इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर कॉपोरेिन जलजमटेड, ने आंध्र प्रिेि राज्य में
जिल नंबर -3, गााँव मधुरावाडा, जविाखापत्तनम ग्रामीण मंडल, जविाखापत्तनम जिला में सूचना प्रौद्योजगकी एवं सूचना
प्रौद्योजगकी समर्थित सेवाओं के जलए एक क्षेत्र जवजिष्ट जविेष आर्थिक िोन की स्ट्थापना िेतु जविेष आर्थिक िोन अजधजनयम,
2005 (2005 का 28), (जिसे एतद्पश्चात् उक्त अजधजनयम किा गया िै) की धारा 3 के अंतगित प्रस्ट्ताव दकया िै;
और यतः, केन्र सरकार ने, जविेष आर्थिक िोन जनयमावली, 2006 के जनयम 8 के साथ पठित उक्त अजधजनयम
की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, जनम्न ताजलका में उल्लेजखत क्षेत्रों को उपरोक्त जविेष
आर्थिक िोन में अजधसूजचत/अनजधसूजचत दकया था;

और यत; मैं मै आंध्र प्रिेि इन्डस्ट्रीयल इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर कॉपोरेिन जलजमटेड ने उक्त जविेष आर्थिक िोन में 0.31
िेक्टेयर के क्षेत्र िाजमल करने और 11.59 िेक्टेयर के क्षेत्र को अनजधसूजचत करने का प्रस्ट्ताव दकया िै;
अतः अब, जविेष आर्थिक िोन अजधजनयम, 2005 की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (1) के िूसरे परन्तुक द्वारा प्रित्त
िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए और जविेष आर्थिक िोन अजधजनयम, 2006 के जनयम 8 के अनुसरण में केन्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा
0.31 िेक्टेयर को अजधसूजचत और 11.59 िेक्टेयर के क्षेत्र को उक्त जविेष आर्थिक िोन के भाग से अनजधसूजचत करती िै,
जिसके पठरमाणतः कुल क्षेत्रफल 19.97 िेक्टेयर िो िाएगा। अजधसूजचत / अनजधसूचना के जलए सवेक्षण संख्या और
क्षेत्रफल नीचे ताजलका में दिए गए िैं:-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 29th December, 2025
S.O. 6117(E).— Whereas, M/s. Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited, has proposed
under section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set
up an IT/ITES SEZ at Hill No. 3, Village Madhurawada Visakhapatnam Rural Mandal, Visakhapatnam District, in the
State of Andhra Pradesh;
AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section
4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules 2006, had notified the following areas at above
Special Economic Zone as details given below in the table:-

AND, WHEREAS, M/s. Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited, has now proposed to
include an area of 0.31 hectares and decrease an area of 11.59 hectares from the above Special Economic Zone;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub-section (1) of section 4 of the
Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, the Central
Government hereby adds an area of 0.31 hectares and de-notifies an area 11.59 hectares thereby making resultant area
as 19.97 hectares, comprising the survey numbers and the area given below in the table, namely: -
