रेल अजधजनयम 1989 की धारा 20 (ड.) के अंतगवत सूचना

का.आ. 6095 (अ).—केंद्रीय सरकार ने, रेल अजधजनयम, 1989 (1989 का 24) जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात (उक्त

अजधजनयम कहा गया है) की धारा 20क की उपधारा (4) के अधीन भारत के राि पत्र, असाधारण भाग ॥ खंड 3, उपखंड

(ii) में प्रकाजित भारत सरकार के रेल मंत्रालय की अजधसूचना क्रमांक 4445 तारीख 07/10/2025 (जिसे इसमें इसके

पश्चात उक्त अजधसूचना कहा गया है) द्वारा उक्त अजधसूचना से उप िन्द अनुसूची में जर्जनर्दवष्ट भूजम को, छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य के

कोरिा जिले में जर्िेष रेल पररयोिना, अर्ावत “जिलासपुर जडर्ीिन - पीएलएयू-उगाव के िीच एलसी संख्या सीिी-19 के

स्ट्र्ान पर आरयूिी का जनमावण।" के जनष्पादन के जलए अर्िवत करने के अपने आिय की घोषणा की र्ी;

और उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20क की उपधारा (4) के अधीन उक्त अजधसूचना क्रमांक 4445 तारीख

07/10/2025 का कोरिा िालको टाइम्स (जहन्दी) कोरिा संस्ट्करण, पजत्रका (जहन्दी) जिलासपुर संस्ट्करण, जमतान (जहन्दी)

कोरिा संस्ट्करण और सेंरल क्राजनकल (अंग्रेिी) रायपुर संस्ट्करण में ददनांक 01.11.2025 को प्रकाजित दकया गया र्ा;

और जनयत अर्जध में कोई आिेप प्राप्त नहीं हुआ;

और उक्त अजधजनयम दक धारा 20 (ड.) की उपधारा (1) के अनुसरण में सिम अजधकारी ने अपनी ररपोटव केन्द्रीय

सरकार को प्रस्ट्तुत कर दी है;

अतः अि केंद्रीय सरकार सिम अजधकारी से उक्त ररपोटव प्राप्त होने पर और रेल अजधजनयम 1989 दक धारा

20(ड.) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए यह घोषणा करती है दक अनुसंलग्न अनुसूची में जलजखत भूजम अजधग्रजहत की

िाती है;

और यह दक केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा उक्त अजधजनयम दक धारा 20 (ड.) के अनुसरण में यह घोषणा करती है इस

अजधसूचना के रािपत्र में प्रकाजित होने पर इससे उपिध्द अनुसूची में जर्जनर्दवष्ट भूजम सभी जर्ल्लग्नों से मुक्त होकर केंद्रीय

सरकार में आत्यंजतक रूप से जनजहत हो िाएगी।

(अ) रेल पररयोिना “जिलासपुर जडर्ीिन - पीएलएयू-उगाव के िीच एलसी संख्या सीिी-19 के स्ट्र्ान पर आरयूिी का

NOTIFICATION

Bilaspur, the 26th December, 2025

Notification Under Section 20e Of The Railway Act 1989

S.O. 6095(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India, In the Ministry of Railways

(Railway Board) number 4445, dated 07/10/2025, published in the Gazette of India (Extra-Ordinary) Part-II section 3

sub section (ii), hereinafter referred to as the said notification) under subsection (1) of 20A of the railway act, 1989

(24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the central Government declared its intention to acquire the land

specified in the schedule annexed to the said notification for execution of Special Railway Project, namely “Bilaspur

Division - Construction of RUB in lieu of LC No. CG-19 Between PLAU-URGA.” in the state of Chhattisgarh.

And, whereas, the substance of the said notification Number 4445, dated 07/10/2025, was published in the

daily newspapers, Korba Balco Times (Hindi) Korba edition, Patrika (Hindi) Bilaspur edition, Mitan (Hindi) Korba

edition and Central Chronicle (English) Raipur edition, on 01.11.2025 under sub-section (4) of Section 20A of the

said Act,

And whereas, no objection was received within the set time period.

And, whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (I) of Section 20E of the said Act, the Competent Authority has

submitted his report to the Central Government;

Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the Competent Authority, and in exercise of the powers

conferred by sub-section I) of Section 20E of the said Act, 1989, the Central Government hereby declares that the

lands specified in the schedule annexed hereto shall be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;

And, further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of Section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby

declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the Schedule annexed

hereto shall vest absolutely in the Central Government free from all encumbrances,
