व्यापार (जवकास एवं जवजियमि) अजधजियम, 1992 (1992 की संख्या 22) की धारा 5 के साथ पट्रित धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त

िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केंद्र सरकार एतद्द्वार, अजधसूचिा संख्या 36/2023 ददिांक 18.10.2023 में आंजिक संिोधि

करते हुए, एचएस कोड 17011490 और 17019990 के तहत ऑगेजिक चीिी के जियाषत को तत्काल प्रभाव से

जिम्नजलजखत संिोजधत िीजतगत ितष के अधीि अिुमजत देती है:

को 'प्रजतबंजधत' दकया गया

है।

(एपीडा) द्वारा जिधाषट्ररत तरीकों के अिुसार

एचएस कोड 1701490 और 1701 9990

के तहत प्रजत जवत्तीय वषष में 50,000 मीट्ररक

टि की जियाषत सीमा के अधीि ऑगेजिक

चीिी का जियाषत दकया िा सकता है।

इस सावषिजिक सूचिा का प्रभाव:

जवदेि व्यापार िीजत, 2023 के अिुसार समय-समय पर जिधाषट्ररत प्रदिया और एपीडा द्वारा अलग से जिधाषट्ररत तरीकों के

अिुसार एचएस कोड 17011490 और 17019990 के तहत प्रजत जवत्तीय वषष 50,000 मीट्ररक टि की कुल सीमा के

अधीि ऑगेजिक चीिी का जियाषत अिुमत है।

Subject: - Allowing Export of 50,000 MT of Organic Sugar per financial year – regarding.

S.O. 6094(E)—In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 read with Section 5 of the Foreign Trade

(Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992), as amended, read with Para 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign

Trade Policy, 2023, the Central Government, in partial modification of Notification No. 36/2023 dated 18.10.2023,

hereby allows the export of Organic Sugar under HS Codes 17011490 and 17019990 with immediate effect subject to

following revised policy condition:

Export of Organic Sugar under HS Codes 1701

1490 and 1701 99 90 is allowed subject to an

export ceiling of 50,000 MT per financial year, as

per the procedure prescribed in terms of FTP, 2023

from time to time and as per the modalities

prescribed by Agricultural & Processed Food

Products Export Development Authority (APEDA).

Effect of this Notification:

Export of organic sugar under HS Codes 17011490 and 17019990 is allowed, subject to an overall ceiling of

50,000 MT per financial year as per the procedure prescribed in terms of FTP, 2023 from time to time and as per

the modalities prescribed by APEDA separately
