का.आ. 6148(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार ने, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिधियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) (धजसे इसमें इसके
पश्चात् उक्त अधिधियम कहा र्या है) की िारा 3क की उपिारा (1) के अिीि जारी की र्ई भारत सरकार के सड़क पररवहि
और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचिा संख्या का.आ. 4558 तारीख 07/10/2025, जो भारत के राजपत्र, असािारण, भार्
II, खण्ड 3, उपखंड (ii) में प्रकाधित की र्ई थी, द्वारा धिहार राज्य के भार्लपुर धजले में NH80 के कक.मी. 95.7 से
कक.मी.192.33 तक के राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग के धिमागण (चौड़ाकरिे / चार लेि का ििािे, आकि), अिुरक्षण, प्रिंिि और प्रचालि
के धलए उस अधिसूचिा से उपािद्ध अिुसूची में धवधिर्िगष्ट भूधम का अजगि करिे के अपिे आिय की घोषणा की थी ;
और उक्त अधिसूचिा का सार उक्त अधिधियम की िारा 3क की उपिारा (3) के अिीि तारीख 24/12/2025 को “
ि टाइम्स ऑफ़ इधण्डया” , 24/12/2025 को “ िैधिक जार्रण” िोिों में प्रकाधित ककया र्या था ;
जिकक सक्षम प्राधिकारी को िारा 3-र् के तहत िायर आपधि प्राप्त हुई है, धजस पर धवचार ककया र्या है और उसका
उधचत रूप से धिपटाि ककया र्या;
और सक्षम प्राधिकारी िे उक्त अधिधियम की िारा 3घ की उपिारा (1) के अिुसरण में, केन्द्रीय सरकार को अपिी
ररपोटग िे िी है ;

अतः अि, केन्द्रीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राधिकारी की उक्त ररपोटग प्राप्त हो जािे पर और उक्त अधिधियम की िारा 3घ
की उपिारा (1) द्वारा प्रिि िधक्तयों का प्रयोर् करते हुए, यह घोषणा करती है कक उक्त अिुसूची में धवधिर्िगष्ट भूधम का पूवोक्त
प्रयोजि के धलए अजगि ककया जािा चाधहए ;
और अि, केन्द्रीय सरकार, उक्त अधिधियम की िारा 3घ की उपिारा (2) के अिुसरण में यह घोषणा करती है कक
इस अधिसूचिा के राजपत्र में प्रकािि पर, उक्त अिुसूची में धवधिर्िगष्ट भूधम सभी धवल्लंर्मों से मुक्त होकर आत्यधन्द्तक रूप से
केन्द्रीय सरकार में धिधहत हो जाएर्ी ।

MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS
NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 31st December, 2025
S.O. 6148(E).— —Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport
and Highways, 4558 Dated:07/10/2025 , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section
(ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to
as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intension to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to
the said notification for building (widening/four-laning, etc.), maintenance, management and operation of NH80 in the
stretch of land from Km. 95.7 to Km. 192.33 in the district of BHAGALPUR in the state of BIHAR
And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “The Times of India” dated 24/12/2025,
“Dainik Jagran” dated 24/12/2025 ; under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said Act;
And whereas the Competent Authority has received objections filed under Section 3-C, considered and settled
the same appropriately;
And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted
its report to the Central Government;
Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers conferred
by the sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land specified in
the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;
And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby
declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall vest
absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.
