रेलवे (संिोधन) अजधजनयम 2008 की धारा 20A के तहत

का.आ. 6122(अ).— केन्द्रीय सरकार, ने रेल अजधजनयम,1989 (1989 का 24), एवं रेलवे (संिोधन) अजधजनयम

2008 (2008 का 11) (जिसे इसमे इसके पश्चात उक्त अजधजनयम कहा गया है) की धारा 20 ‘ए’ के खंड (1) द्वारा प्रित्त

िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह समाधान हो िाने के पश्चात की लोक प्रयोिन के जलए, वह भूजम, जिसका संजिप्त जववरण

इससे उपाबद्ध अन सूची मे दिया गया है, मध्य प्रिेि राज्य के ब रहानप र जिला में “मध्य रेल - 3000 मीट्ररक टन लोडडंग

लक्ष्य को पूरा करने के जलए भ सावल-खंडवा खंड के जलए इलेजररक रैरिन जसस्ट्टम का उन्नयन कायय” की जविेष रेल

पट्ररयोिना के जनष्पािन, अन रिण, प्रबंधन, और प्रचालन के जलए अपेजित है, ऐसी भूजम का अियन करने के आिय दक

घोषणा करती है I

उक्त भूजम मे जहतबद्ध कोई व्यजक्त , रािपत्र मे इस अजधसूचना के प्रकािन दक तारीख से तीस दिन के भीतर , उक्त

अजधजनयम दक धारा 20घ दक उप-धारा (1) के अधीन उपय यक्त प्रयोिन के जलए एसी भूजम के अियन और उपयोग के संबंध मे

आिेप कर सकेगा I

प्रत्येक ऐसा आिेप, सिम प्राजधकारी अर्ायत अन जवभागीय अजधकारी (रािस्ट्व) एव भू-अियन अजधकारी,

ब रहानप र, जिला ब रहानप र मध्य प्रिेि को जलजखत मे दकया िाएगा और उसके आधार उपवर्णयत करेगा और सिम

प्राजधकारी आिेपकताय को व्यजक्तगत रूप से या जवजध व्यवसायी के माध्यम से स नवाई का अवसर प्रिान करेगा और ऐसे

आिेपों दक स नवाई करने तर्ा ऐसी िांच करने के पश्चात यदि कोई हो, जिसे सिम प्राजधकारी आवश्यक समझे , आिेि

द्वारा, या तो आिेपों को अन ज्ञात कर सकेगा या अनन ज्ञात कर सकेगा I

उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20 घ की उप-धारा (2) के अधीन सिम प्राजधकारी द्वारा दकया गया कोई आिेि अंजतम

होगा I

इस अजधसूचना के अधीन आने वाली भूजम का रेखांकन और भूजम के अन्द्य ब्यौरे उपलब्ध है और जहतबद्ध व्यजक्त

द्वारा सिम प्राजधकारी के उपय यक्त कायायलय मे उनका जनरीिण दकया िा सकता है I

NOTIFICATION

Mumbai, the 23rd December, 2025

Under clause 20A of the Railway (Amendment) Act 2008

S.O. 6122(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 20A of the Railways Act,

1989 (24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred to the Railway (Amendment) Act 2008 (No.11 of 2008), the Central

Government, after being satisfied that for the public purpose, the land, the brief description of which has been given

in schedule annexed hereto, is required for purpose of execution, maintenance, management and operation of Special

Railway Project, namely “Central Railway-Upgradation work of Electric Traction System for Bhusawal-

Khandwa section to meet 3000 MT loading target” in the District of Burhanpur in the State of Madhya Pradesh,

hereby declares its intention to acquire such land.

Any person interested in the said land may, within a period of thirty days from the date of publication of

this notification in the Official Gazette, raise objection to the acquisition and use of such land for the aforesaid

purpose under sub-section (1) of section 20D of the said Act.

Every such objection shall be made to the Competent Authority namely, Sub-Divisional Officer

(Revenue) & Land Acquisition Officer, Burhanpur, District Burhanpur Madhya Pradesh in writing and shall

set out the grounds thereof, and the Competent Authority shall give the objector the opportunity of being heard,

either in person or by legal practitioner and may, after hearing such objections and after making such further

enquiry, if any, as the Competent Authority thinks necessary, by order, either allow or disallow the objections.

Any order made by the Competent Authority under sub-section (2) of section 20D of the said Act shall be

final.

The land plans and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be

inspected by the interested person at the aforesaid office of the Competent Authority.
