का.आ. 21(अ).— केन्द्रीय सरकार, दिल्ली राष्ट्रीय रािधानी राज्यक्षेत्र िासन अजधजनयम,1991 (1992 का 1) की

धारा 46क की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, 9 िनवरी, 2026 को उस तारीख के रूप में जनयत

करती है, जिसको उपराज् यपाल द्वारा या उनकी ओर से प्राप्त सभी अन्द्य लोक धन “रािधानी का लोक लेखा” िीर्षक लोक

लेखा में िमा दकया िाएगा ।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 2nd January, 2026

S.O. 21(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 46A of the

Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi Act, 1991 (1 of 1992), the Central Government hereby

appoints the 9^th day of January, 2026 as the date on which all other public moneys received by or on behalf

of the Lieutenant Governor shall be credited to a Public Account entitled “the Public Account of the Capital”.
