का.आ. 27(अ).— राष्ट्रपजत, संजवधान के अनुच्छेि 239 के खंड (1) के अनुसरण में और तारीख 16 िनवरी, 2023

की अजधसूचना सं. का.आ. 272(अ), तारीख 22 िून, 2023 की अजधसूचना सं. का.आ. 2749(अ.) तथा तारीख 22 िून,

2023 की अजधसूचना सं. का.आ. 2751(अ) को प्रजतस्ट्थाजपत करते हुए; तथाजप, ऐसी प्रजतस्ट्थापना से पूवव दकए गए या न

दकए गए कायों के संबंध में, यह जनिेि िेते हैं दक राष्ट्रीय रािधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली, अंिमान और जनकोबार द्वीप समूह, िािरा

और नागर हवेली और िमण और िीव, चंडीगढ़, पुडुचेरी, लक्षद्वीप, लद्दाख तथा िम्मू-कश्मीर के प्रिासक या उपराज्यपाल,

राष्ट्रपजत के जनयंत्रणाधीन रहते हुए तथा अगले आिेि तक, व्यावसाजयक सुरक्षा, स्ट्वास्ट््य और कायवििा संजहता, 2020

(2020 का 37) के अधीन समुजचत सरकार अथवा राज्य सरकार की िजियों का प्रयोग करेंगे एवं कतव्य

ों का जनववहन करेंगे,

उन क्षेत्रों के संिभव में िहााँ उि संघ राज्यक्षेत्रों को समुजचत सरकार अथवा राज्य सरकार के रूप में कायव करना अपेजक्षत है।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 2nd January, 2026

S.O. 27(E).—In pursuance of clause (1) of article 239 of the Constitution and in supersession of the notification

numbers S.O. 272(E), dated the 16^th January, 2023, S.O. 2749(E), dated the 22^nd June, 2023 and S.O. 2751 (E), dated

the 22^nd June, 2023, except as respects things to be done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President

hereby directs that the Administrator or Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, Andaman and

Nicobar Islands, Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu, Chandigarh, Puducherry, Lakshadweep, Ladakh and

Jammu and Kashmir shall, subject to the control of the President and until further orders, exercise the powers and

discharge the functions of the appropriate Government or State Government under the Occupational Safety, Health and

Working Conditions Code, 2020 (37 of 2020), for the areas where the said Union territories are required to function as

the appropriate Government or State Government.
