का.आ. 76(अ).— केन्द्रीय सरकार ने, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिधियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) (धजसे इसमें इसके

पश्चात् उक्त अधिधियम कहा र्या है) की िारा 3-क की उपिारा (1) के अिीि जारी की र्ई भारत सरकार के सड़क पररवहि

और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय, की अधिसूचिा संख्या का.आ. 4271 (अ) तारीख 22 धसतम्बर 2025, जो भारत के राजपत्र,

असािारण, भार् -2 खंड-3, उपखंड (ii) में प्रकाधित की र्ई थी, द्वारा महाराष्ट्र राज्य के िार्पुर धजले में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग

संख्या 353-जे के ककमी. 13.000 से ककमी 62.900 तक के भूखंण्ड के धिमागण (चौड़ी करण/पेव्ड िोल्डर सधहत 2-लेि/4 -

लेि का बिािे, आकि) अिुरक्षण, प्रबंि और प्रचालि के धलए उक्त अधिसुचिा से उपबध्ि अिुसूची मे धविीर्िगष्ट भूधम का अजगि

करिे के अपिे आषय की घोषणा करती है. के धिमागण के लोक प्रयोजि के धलए उस अधिसूचिा से उपबद्ध अिुसूची में धवधिर्िगष्ट

भूधम का अजगि करिे के अपिे आिय की घोषणा की थी;

और उक्त अधिसूचिा का सार उक्त अधिधियम की िारा 3क की उपिारा (3) के अिीि 25 अक्तुबर 2025 तारीख

को ‘‘िवराष्ट्र‘‘ (मराठी) और ‘‘िवभारत‘‘ (हहंिी) िोिो में प्रकाधित ककया र्या था;

और सक्षम प्राधिकारी को ककसी व्यक्ती से कोई आक्षेप प्राप्त िही हुए हैः

और सक्षम प्राधिकारी िे उक्त अधिधियम की िारा 3घ की उपिारा (1) के अिुसरण में, केन्द्रीय सरकार को अपिी

ररपोर्ग िे िी है;

अतैः अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राधिकारी को उक्त ररपोर्ग प्राप्त हो जािे पर और उक्त अधिधियम की िारा 3घ

की उपिारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िधक्तयों का प्रयोर् करते हुए यह घोषणा करती है कक उक्त अिुसूची में धवधिर्िगष्ट भूधम का पूवोक्त

प्रयोजि के धलए अजगि ककया जािा चाधहए;

और, अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, उक्त अधिधियम की िारा 3घ की उपिारा (2) के अिुसरण में, यह घोषणा करती है कक

इस अधिसूचिा के राजपत्र में प्रकािि पर, उक्त अिुसूची में धवधिर्िगष्ट भूधम, सभी धवल्लंर्मों से मुक्त होकर आत्यधन्द्तक रूप

से केन्द्रीय सरकार में धिधहत हो जाएर्ी।

MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 5th January, 2026

S.O. 76(E).— Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and

Highways, number S.O. No. 4271 (E), dated the 22^nd September 2025, published in Gazette of India, Extraordinary,

Part II, Section 3, Sub- section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48

of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the land

specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for building ,(widening / two lane with paved shoulder/ four

laning etc.) maintenance, management and operation of National Highway No. 353-J in the stretch of land from

km. 13.000 to km 62.900 in the District of Nagpur in the state of Maharashtra. Hereby declares its intention to acquire

such land.

And whereas, the substance of the said notification has been published in "Navrashtra" (Marathi) and

"Navbharat" (Hindi) both dated 25^th October 2025, under sub- section (3) of section 3A of the said Act;

And whereas no objections has been received from any person by the Competent Authority:

And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has

submitted its report to the Central Government;

Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers

conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said, Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land

specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;

And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby

declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall vest

absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.
