भाग–II, खंड–3, उपखंड (ii) में प्रकाजित की गई थीं, में एतद्द्वारा जनम्नजलजखत संिोधन करती है:—

(डी.एल.ए.ओ.), िामताड़ा, को जिला पंचायत राि अजधकारी (डी.पी.आर.ओ.), िामताड़ा को भूजम अिगन के जलए सक्षम

प्राजधकारी के रूप में

प्रजतस्ट्थाजपत दकया िाता है।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 5th January, 2026

S.O. 66(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause(a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act,1956

(48 of 1956), the Central Government, Upon request of State Government, hereby makes the following amendments in

the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, S.O.762(E) dated the

17^thFebuary, 2022 & S.O.198(E) dated the 17^thJanuary, 2024 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II,

section-3, sub-section (ii):

In the Schedule of the notification number S.O.762 (E) & S.O.198 (E) mentioned under Column-2, Serial No.

(1), District Land Acquisition officer (DLAO), Jamtara nominated vide section is being replaced by

the District Panchayat Raj officer (DPRO), Jamtara, as Competent Authority for Land Acquisition.

Foot Note: The Principal notification was published vide number S.O.762(E) dated the 17^thFebuary, 2022 &

S.O.198(E) dated the 17^thJanuary, 2024 in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, section-3, sub-section (ii).
