(जहसार-डबवाली सेक्िन) के 170.800 दकमी से 172.800 दकमी तक के ज़मीन के जहस्ट्से के संबंध में, ढंढूर िंक्िन पर डबल

लूप डम्बल इंटरचेंि के जनमागण (चोड़ा करने / चार लेन का बनाने, आदि), अनुरक्षण, प्रबंध और प्रचालन हेतु उि अजधजनयम

के अधीन सक्षम प्राजधकारी के कृत्यो का पालन करने के जलए इस अजधसूचना के रािपत्र मे प्रकािनदक तारीख से सक्षम

प्राजधकारी के रूप मे प्राजधकृत करती है।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 8th January, 2026

S.O. 150(E).— In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956

(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule

annexed here to as the competent authorities to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act with effect

from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land from Km. 170.800

to Km. 172.800 of the NH-09 (Hisar-Dabwali Section) for construction of Double Loop dumbbell Interchange at the

Dhandhoor Junction (widening / four-laning, etc.), maintenance, management and operation in the State of Haryana
