रेल अजधजनयम 1989 की धारा 20 (ई) के अंतगवत सूचना

का.आ. 156(अ).—केंद्रीय सरकार ने, रेल अजधजनयम, 1989 (1989 का 24) जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात (उक्त

अजधजनयम कहा गया है) की धारा 20क की उपधारा (4) के अधीन भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग ॥, खंड 3, उपखंड

(ii) में प्रकाजित भारत सरकार के रेल मंत्रालय की अजधसूचना क्रमांक 4630(अ). तारीख 09/10/2025 (जिसे इसमें इसके

पश्चात उक्त अजधसूचना कहा गया है) द्वारा उक्त अजधसूचना से उपिन्द अनुसूची में जर्जनर्दवष्ट भूजम को, छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य के

रायगढ़ जिले में जर्िेष रेल पररयोिना, अर्ावत “जिलासपुर जडर्ीिन – दकमी 610/19-21 आरओिी याडव पर एल.सी.

संख्या 305 के स्ट्र्ान पर आर.यु.िी का जनमावण (िॉक्स पुशिंग जर्जध)” के जनष्पादन के जलए अर्िवत करने के अपने आिय

की घोषणा की र्ी;

और उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20क की उपधारा (4) के अधीन उक्त अजधसूचना क्रमांक 4630(अ). तारीख

09/10/2025 का "नर्ीन कदम” (रायगढ़), (शहंदी) और "सेन्रल क्रॉजनकल "(रायपुर), (इंजललि) संस्ट्करण में प्रकाजित

दकया गया र्ा;

और नियत अवनि में कोई आक्षेप प्राप्त िहीं हुआ;

और उक्त अनिनियम नक िारा 20 (ई) की उपिारा (1) के अिुसरण में सक्षम अनिकारी िे अपिी ररपोर्ट केन्द्रीय सरकार को

प्रस्तुत कर दी है;

अतः अब केंरीय सरकार सक्षम अनिकारी से उक्त ररपोर्ट प्राप्त होिे पर और रेल अनिनियम 1989 नक िारा 20(ई) द्वारा प्रदत्त

शनक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए यह घोषणा करती है नक अिुसंलग्ि अिुसूची में नलनित भूनम अनिग्रनहत की जाती है;

और यह नक केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा उक्त अनिनियम नक िारा 20 (ई) के अिुसरण में यह घोषणा करती है इस अनिसूचिा के

राजपत्र में प्रकानशत होिे पर इससे उपबध्द अिुसूची में नवनिनदटष्ट भूनम सभी नवल्लग्िों से मुक्त होकर केंरीय सरकार में आत्यंनतक रूप से

निनहत हो जाएगी।

(अ) रेल पररयोजिा “बिलासपुर बिवीजन – बिमी 610/19-21 आरओिी यािड पर एल.सी. संख्या 305 िे स्थान पर

आर.यु.िी िा बनमाडण (िॉक्स पुब ंग बवबि)” के अनिग्रहण के नलए भूनम का संनक्षप्त नववरण.

Bilaspur, the 23 December, 2025

NOTIFICATION UNDER SECTION 20E OF THE RAILWAY ACT 1989

S.O. 156(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India, In the Ministry of Railways

(Railway Board) S.O. number 4630(E), dated 09/10/2025, published in the Gazette of India (Extra-

Ordinary) Part-II section 3 sub section (ii), (hereinafter referred to as the said notification) under subsection

(1) of 20A of the railway act, 1989 (24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the central

Government declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the schedule annexed to the said

notification for execution of Special Railway Project, namely “Bilaspur Division - Construction of RUB

in lieu of LC No. 305 at Km. 610/19-21 ROB Yard. (Box pushing method).” in the state of

Chhattisgarh.

And, whereas, the substance of the said notification Number 4630(E), dated 09/10/2025,

was published in the daily newspapers, "Navin Kadam” (Raigarh), (Hindi) & “Central Chronicle”

(Raipur), (English) on 01^st November, 2025 under sub-section (4) of Section 20A of the said Act;

And whereas, no objection was received within the set time period.

And, whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (I) of Section 20E of the said Act, the

Competent Authority has submitted his report to the Central Government;

Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the Competent Authority, and in exercise

of the powers conferred by sub-section I) of Section 20E of the said Act, 1989, the Central

Government hereby declares that the lands specified in the schedule annexed hereto shall be

acquired for the aforesaid purpose;

And, further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of Section 20E of the said Act, the Central

Government hereby declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the

land specified in the Schedule annexed hereto shall vest absolutely in the Central Government free

from all encumbrances,
