सा.का.जन. 39(अ).— अजखल भारतीय सेिाएं अजधजनयम, 1951 (1951 का 61) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (1)
द्वारा प्रित् त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द रीय सरकार आन्दर प्रिेि सरकार के परामिि से भारतीय प्रिासजनक सेिा (िेतन)
जनयमािली, 2016 में आगे और संिोधन करने के जलए एतद्द्वारा जनम् नजलजखत जनयम बनाती है, नामत: -

(1) इन जनयमों को भारतीय प्रिासजनक सेिा (िेतन) जद्वतीय संिोधन जनयमािली, 2026 कहा िा सकेगा।
(2) ये जनयम िास कीय रािपत्र में इनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रिृत् त होंगे ।

भारतीय प्रिासजनक सेिा (िेतन) जनयमािली, 2016, अनुसूची II में, -
(क) ताजलका में राज् य सरकारों के अधीन भारतीय प्रिासजनक सेिा के िररष् ठ िेतनमान से ऊपर के िेतन िाले पिों से संबंजधत
–भाग क में, प्रथम कॉलम में आने िाली “आन्दर प्रिेि” प्रजिजि तथा िूसरे कॉलम में आने िाली तद्नुरूपी प्रजिजियों के जलए
जनम् नजलजखत प्रजतस्ट् थाजपत दकया िाएगा, नामत: -

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 16th January, 2026
G.S.R. 39(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the All India Services
Act, 1951 (61 of 1951), the Central Government, in consultation with the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby
makes the following rules further to amend the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Rules, 2016, namely: ─
1. (1) These rules may be called the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Second Amendment Rules, 2026.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official Gazette.
2. In the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Rules, 2016, in Schedule II,–
(a)
in Part A relating to Posts carrying pay above the Senior Scale of pay of the Indian Administrative Service
under the State Governments, in the table, for the entry “Andhra Pradesh” occurring in the first column and
corresponding entries in the second column, the following shall be substituted namely:─
“Andhra Pradesh
Chief Secretary to Government of Andhra Pradesh
Level 17 in Pay matrix
Additional Chief Secretary to Government
Level 17 in Pay matrix
Additional Chief Secretary to Government, Agriculture
Level 17 in Pay matrix
