सा.का.जन. 38(अ).— भारतीय प्रिासजनक सेिा (संिगि) जनयमािली, 1954 के जनयम 4 के उप-जनयम (1) और
(2) के साथ पठित अजखल भारतीय सेिाएँ अजधजनयम, 1951 (1951 का 61) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त
िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केंद्र सरकार आंध्र प्रिेि सरकार के परामिि से, भारतीय प्रिासजनक सेिा (संिगि पि संख्या
का जनयतन) जिजनयमन, 1955 में आगे और संिोधन करने के जलए एतद्द्वारा जनम्नजलजखत जिजनयम बनाती है, नामतः-
1. (1) इन जिजनयमनों को भारतीय प्रिासजनक सेिा (संिगि पि संख्या का जनयतन) जद्वतीय संिोधन जिजनयमन, 2026 कहा
िाएगा।
(2) ये रािपत्र में इनके प्रकािन की तारीख से प्रिृत्त होंगे।

New Delhi, the 16th January, 2026
G.S.R. 38(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the All India Services
Act, 1951 (61 of 1951), read with sub-rules (1) and (2) of rule 4 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules,
1954, the Central Government, in consultation with the Government of Andhra Pradesh, hereby makes the following
regulations further to amend the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1955,
namely:─
1. (1) These Regulations may be called the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Second
Amendment Regulations, 2026.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1955, in the Schedule, for the heading
“Andhra Pradesh” and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted namely:─
