प्रित्त िजिर्ों का प्रर्ोग करते हुए तथा भारत सरकार के तत्कालीन पर्ाावरण और वन मंत्रालर् की, भारत के रािपत्र,

असाधारण, भाग 2, खण्ड 3, उपखंड (ii) में प्रकाजित अजधसूचना सं. का.आ. 1533(अ), तारीख 14 जसतंबर, 2006 के

अनुसरण में, भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग 2, खंड 3, उपखंड (ii) में प्रकाजित भारत सरकार के पर्ाावरण, वन और

िलवार्ु पररवतान मंत्रालर् की अजधसूचना सं. का.आ. 135(अ), तारीख 7 िनवरी, 2025 (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् "उि

अजधसूचना" कहा गर्ा है), में जनम्नजलजखत संिोधन करती है, अथाात् :--

(i) "राज्र् स्ट्तर जविेषज्ञ अंकन सजमजत-1" िीषा के अधीन, क्रम संख्र्ा (vi) और उससे संबंजधत प्रजवजिर्ों के स्ट्थान पर,

जनम्नजलजखत क्रम संख्र्ा और प्रजवजिर्ााँ रखी िाएंगी, अथाात् :-

3. उि अजधसूचना के पैरा 5 में, सारणी के अधीन, क्रम संख्र्ा 3 के सामने, स्ट्तंभ (3) में, प्रजवजि “सुकमा” के पश्चात,

प्रजवजि “रार्पुर” अंतःस्ट्थाजपत की िाएगी ।

New Delhi, the 20th January, 2026

S.O.302.(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Environment

(Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of 1986) and in pursuance of the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile

Ministry of Environment and Forests, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub -section

(ii), vide number S.O. 1533(E), dated the 14th September, 2006, the Central Government hereby makes amendment in

the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, published in

the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub –section (ii), vide number S.O. 135 (E), dated the 7th January,

2025(herein after referred to as said notification), namely: ⸻

(vi)

जविेष सजचव र्ा संर्ुि सजचव र्ा उप सजचव, आवास एवं पर्ाावरण

जवभाग र्ा सिस्ट्र् सजचव, छत्तीसगढ़ पर्ाावरण संरक्षण बोडा, छत्तीसगढ़
