का.आ. 5078(अ).— यत:, मै. िीओसीएल कॉपोरेिन जलजमटेड (पूवव मै. गल़् ऑयल कॉपोरेिन जलजमटेड) ने

कनावटक राज्य में कट्टीगेनहल्ली और वेंकटाला गााँव, येलहंका होबली, बैंगलोर जिला में सूचना प्रौद्योजगकी एवं सूचना

प्रौद्योजगकी समर्थवत सेवाओं के जलए एक आर्थवक िोन की स्ट्थापना हेतु जविेष आर्थवक िोन अजधजनयम, 2005 (2005 का

28), (जिसे एतद्पश्चात् उक्त अजधजनयम कहा गया है) की धारा 3 के अंतगवत प्रस्ट्ताव दकया था;

और, यतः केन्द्र सरकार ने, जविेष आर्थवक िोन जनयमावली, 2006 के जनयम 8 के साथ पठित उक्त अजधजनयम की

धारा 4 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, वाजणज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय की अजधसूचना संख्या

का.आ.416(अ) दिनांक 14 माचव, 2012 द्वारा उपयुवक्त जविेष आर्थवक िोन में 12.14 हेक्टेयर के क्षेत्र को अजधसूजचत दकया

था;

और, यतः, मै. िीओसीएल कॉपोरेिन जलजमटेड ने अब उपरोक्त जविेष आर्थवक िोन में से 10.23 हेक्टेयर के क्षेत्र

को अनजधसूजचत करने का प्रस्ट्ताव दकया है;

और, यतः, कनावटक सरकार ने पत्र संख्या सीआई 43 एसपीआई 2023 दिनांक 15 मई, 2024 के तहत प्रस्ट्ताव को

अपनी मंिूरी िे िी है;

और, यतः, जवकास आयुक्त, कोचीन जविेष आर्थवक िोन ने 10.23 हेक्टेयर के क्षेत्र को अनजधसूजचत करने के प्रस्ट्ताव

की जसफाठरि की है;

और, यतः, केंर सरकार इस बात से संतुष्ट है दक उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (8) और अन्द्य संबंजधत

आवश्यकताओं को पूरा कर जलया गया है;

अतः अब, जविेष आर्थवक िोन अजधजनयम, 2005 की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (1) के िूसरे परन्द्तुक द्वारा प्रित्त

िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए और जविेष आर्थवक िोन अजधजनयम, 2006 के जनयम 8 के अनुसरण में केन्द्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा

10.23 हेक्टेयर के क्षेत्र को उपरोक्त जविेष आर्थवक िोन से अनजधसूजचत करती है, जिसके पठरमाणतः एसइिेड का कुल

क्षेत्रफल 1.91 हेक्टेयर हो िाएगा। अनजधसूचना के जलए जनम्नजलजखत ताजलका में उल्लेजखत सवे नंबर और क्षेत्र िाजमल है,

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 14th September, 2026

S.O. 5078(E).— Whereas, M/s GOCL Corporation Limited (Formerly M/s Gulf Oil Corporation Limited), had

proposed under section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said

Act) to set up a Special Economic Zone for IT/ITES SEZ at Kattigenahalli and Venkatala Villages, Yelahanka Hobli,

Bangalore District, Karnataka;

AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section

4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules 2006, had notified an area of 12.14 hectares at

the above Special Economic Zone vide Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notification Number S.O. 416(E) dated

14^th March, 2012;

AND, WHEREAS, M/s GOCL Corporation Limited has now proposed for de-notification of 10.23 hectares

from the above Special Economic Zone;

AND, WHEREAS, the State Government of Karnataka has given its approval to the proposal vide letter No.CI

43 SPI 2023 dated 15^th May, 2024;

AND, WHEREAS, the Development Commissioner, Cochin Special Economic Zone has recommended the

proposal for de-notification of an area of 10.23 hectares of the above the Special Economic Zone;

AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government is satisfied that the requirements under sub-section (8) of section

3 of the said Act and other related requirements are fulfilled;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub-section (1) of section 4 of the

Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, the Central

Government hereby de-notifies an area of 10.23 hectares of the above Special Economic Zone, thereby making the total

area of the Special Economic Zone as 1.91 hectares. The survey numbers and area for the de-notification are given

below in the table, namely: -
