रेलवे अजधजनयम 1989 (24 of 1989) की धारा 20A के तहत

का.आ. 5089(अ).— केन्द्रीय सरकार, ने रेल अजधजनयम, 1989 (1989 का 24), (जिसे इसमे इसके पश्चात उक्त

अजधजनयम कहा गया है) की धारा 20 ‘ए’ के खंड (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह समाधान हो िाने के

पश्चात की लोक प्रयोिन के जलए, वह भूजम, जिसका संजिप्त जववरण इससे उपाबद्ध अन सूची मे ददया गया है, महाराष्ट्र राज्य

के चंरपूर जिला में “वधाा(सेवाग्राम) - बल्लारिाह जतसरी रेल्वे लाईन” की जविेष रेल पररयोिना के जनष्पादन, अन रिण,

प्रबंधन, और प्रचालन के जलए अपेजित है, ऐसी भूजम का अिान करने के आिय दक घोषणा करती है I

उक्त भूजम मे जहतबद्ध कोई व्यजक्त, रािपत्र मे इस अजधसूचना के प्रकािन दक तारीख से तीस ददन के भीतर, उक्त

अजधजनयम दक धारा 20घ दक उप-धारा (1) के अधीन उपय ाक्त प्रयोिन के जलए ऐसी भूजम के अिान और उपयोग के संबंध मे

आिेप कर सकेगा I

प्रत्येक ऐसा आिेप, सिम प्राजधकारी भ संपादन तथा उपजवभागीय अजधकारी, वरोरा जिल्हा चंरपूर, महाराष्ट्र इस

सिम प्राजधकारी को जलजखत मे दकया िाएगा और उसके आधार उपवर्णात करेगा और सिम प्राजधकारी आिेपकताा को

व्यजक्तगत रूप से या जवजध व्यवसायी के माध्यम से स नवाई का अवसर प्रदान करेगा और ऐस आिेपों दक स नवाई करने तथा

ऐसी िांच करने के पश्चात यदद कोई हो, जिसे सिम प्राजधकारी आवश्यक समझे, आदेि द्वारा, या तो आिेपों को अन ज्ञात

कर सकेगा या अनन ज्ञात कर सकेगा I

उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20 घ की उप-धारा (2) के अधीन सिम प्राजधकारी द्वारा दकया गया कोई आदेि अंजतम

होगा I

इस अजधसूचना के अधीन आने वाली भूजम का रेखांकन और भूजम के अन्द्य ब्यौरे उपलब्ध है और जहतबद्ध व्यजक्त द्वारा

सिम प्राजधकारी के उपय ाक्त कायाालय मे उनका जनरीिण दकया िा सकता है I

NOTIFICATION

Mumbai, the 11th September, 2026

Under clause 20A of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989)

S.O. 5089(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 20A of the Railways Act,

1989 (24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government, after being satisfied that for the

public purpose, the land, the brief description of which has been given in schedule annexed hereto, is required for

purpose of execution, maintenance, management and operation of Special Railway Project, namely

“Wardha(Sewagram) - Ballarshah 3^rd Railway line” in the district of Chandrapur in the State of Maharashtra,

hereby declares its intention to acquire such land.

Any person interested in the said land may, within a period of thirty days from the date of publication of this

notification in the Official Gazette, raise objection to the acquisition and use of such land for the aforesaid purpose

under sub-section (1) of section 20D of the said Act.

Every such objection shall be made to the Competent Authority namely, Sub Divisional Officer & Land

Acquisition Officer Warora Dist. Chandrapur Maharashtra in writing and shall set out the grounds thereof, and the

Competent Authority shall give the objector the opportunity of being heard, either in person or by legal practitioner and

may, after hearing such objections and after making such further enquiry, if any, as the Competent Authority thinks

necessary, by order, either allow or disallow the objections.

Any order made by the Competent Authority under sub-section (2) of section 20D of the said Act shall be final.

The land plans and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be inspected

by the interested person at the aforesaid office of the Competent Authority.
