का.आ. 5141(अ).— लर्े अजधजनयम, 1989 (1989 का 24) की धारा 20ए की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग
करते हुए, केंद्र सरकार, इस बात से संतुष्ट होने के पश्चात कक नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में र्र्णवत भूजम सार्विजनक प्रयोिन के जलए आर्श्यक
है, एतद्द्वारा उि भूजम, मयूरभंि जिले में “एल.सी. संख्या 60 के स्ट्थान पर आर.ओ.बी. का जनमावण”नामक जर्िेष रेलर्े पररयोिना के
जनष्पादन, अनुरिण, प्रबंधन और संचालन के जलए अजधग्रजहत करने के अपने आिय की घोषणा करती है।
उि भूजम में जहत रखने र्ाला कोई भी व्यजि, इस अजधसूचना के रािपत्र में प्रकाजित होने की तारीख से तीस कदनों की अर्जध
के भीतर, उि भूजम के अजधग्रहण तथा रेलर्े अजधजनयम की धारा 20डी की उपधारा (1) के अधीन उि प्रयोिन के जलए इसके उपयोग
पर आपजत्त कर सकता है;
ऐसी प्रत्येक आपजत्त सिम प्राजधकारी, अथावत तहसीलदार, रासगोवर्ंदपुर, के समि को एल.सी. संख्या 60 के स्ट्थान पर
आर.ओ.बी. का जनमावण(केर्ल मयूरभंि ज़िला के जलए) जलजखत रूप में प्रस्ट्तुत की िाएगी और उसमें आपजत्त के आधारों का उल्लेख ककया
िाएगा। सिम प्राजधकारी आपजत्तकताव को व्यजिगत रूप से अथर्ा जर्जधक व्यर्सायी के माध्यम से सुनर्ाई का अर्सर प्रदान करेगा और
ऐसी सभी आपजत्तयों की सुनर्ाई तथा आर्श्यक िांच करने के पश्चात, सिम प्राजधकारी आदेि द्वारा आपजत्तयों को स्ट्र्ीकार या अस्ट्र्ीकार
कर सकेगा;

इस अजधसूचना के अंतगवत भूजम की योिनाएँ तथा आच्छाकदत िेत्र का जर्र्रण उपलब्ध है और इच्छुक व्यजि सिम प्राजधकारी
रासगोजर्न्दपुर के तहसीलदार के उपयुवि कायावलय में उसका जनरीिण कर सकता है ।

NOTIFICATION
Kolkata, the 16th September, 2026
S.O. 5141(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) of Section 20A of the
Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) the Central Government, after being satisfied that for public purpose, the
land, the brief description of which has given in the schedule annexed hereto, is required for execution,
maintenance, management and operation of Special Railway Projects namely, “Construction Of ROBs in
Lieu of LC No.60” in the districts of Mayurbhanj in the State of Odisha, hereby declares its intention to
acquire such land.

Any person interested in the said land may, within a period of thirty days from the date of publication
of this notification in the Official Gazette, raise objection to the acquisition and use of such land for the
aforesaid purpose under sub-section (1) of 20D of the said Act;
Every such objection shall be made to the competent authority, namely Tahasildar, Rasgobindapur
for ROB in lieu of LC No. 60 (Mayurbhanj District portion) in writing and shall set out the grounds thereof,
and the competent authority shall give the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or by legal
practitioner and may, after hearing all such objections and after making such further enquiry if any as, the
Competent Authority thinks necessary by order, either allow or disallow the objections;
Any order made by the Competent Authority under sub-section (2) of Section 20D of the said Act
shall be final;
The land plans and the details of the covered area under this notification are available and can be
inspected by the interested person at the office of the competent Authority (Tahasildar of Rasgobindapur).

Brief description of the land to be acquired with or without structure falling within the stretch of
land For Road Safety Projects in lieu of LC No. 60(Mayurbhanj District Portion) for construction of
Road Over Bridge (ROB) in the State of Odisha. Land schedule is furnished below:
