का.आ. 5171(अ).— केन्द्रीय सरकार, रेल अजधजियम, 1989 (1989 का 24) (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उि

अजधजियम कहा गया है) की धारा 20क की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह समाधाि हो िािे के

पश्चात कक लोक प्रयोिि के जलए, ऐसी भूजम का, जिसका संजिप्त जववरण इससे उपाबद्ध अिुसूची में कदया गया है, उत्तर प्रदेि

राज्य के कािपुर िगर जिले में जविेष रेल पररयोििा, अर्ाात “उत्तर मध्य रेलवे के प्रयागराि मंडल के कािपुर-टुंडला सेक्िि

में ककमी. 1032/9-11 पर एल0सी0 संख्या 83 के स्ट्र्ाि पर 02 लेि आर0ओ0बी0 का जिमााण” के जिष्पादि, अिुरिण,

प्रबंधि और प्रचालि के प्रयोिि के जलए अपेजित है, ऐसी भूजम का अिाि करिे के जलए अपिे आिय की घोषणा करती है;

उि भूजम में जहतबद्ध कोई भी व्यजि, इस अजधसूचिा के रािपत्र में प्रकािि की तारीख से 30 (तीस) कदि की

अवजध के भीतर, उि अजधजियम की धारा 20घ की उपधारा (1) के अधीि उपरोि प्रयोिि के जलए ऐसी भूजम के अिाि

और उपयोग के संबंध में आिेप कर सकेगा;

प्रत्येक ऐसा आिेप सिम प्राजधकारी, अर्ाात् अपरजिलाजधकारी (भूजम अध्याजप्त) कािपुर िगर, उत्तर प्रदेि को

जलजखत में ककया िाएगा और उसमें उसके आधार उपवर्णात ककए िाएंगे और सिम प्राजधकारी, आिेपकताा को या तो

व्यजिगत रूप से या जवजधव्यवसायी के माध्यम से सुिवाई का अवसर प्रदाि करेगा और सभी ऐसे आिेपों की सुिवाई करिे

तर्ा ऐसी और िांच, यकद कोई हो, करिे के पश्चात, जिसे सिम प्राजधकारी आवश्यक समझे, आदेि द्वारा, या तो आिेपों को

अिुज्ञात या अििुज्ञात कर सकेगा;

उि अजधजियम की धारा 20घ की उप-धारा (2) के अधीि सिम प्राजधकारी द्वारा ककया गया कोई आदेि अंजतम

होगा; इस अजधसूचिा के अधीि आिे वाली भूजम का रेखांकि और अन्द्य ब्योरे उपलब्ध हैं और उिका जहतबद्ध व्यजि द्वारा

सिम प्राजधकारी के उपयुाि कायाालय में जिरीिण ककया िा सकता है |

NOTIFICATION

Prayagraj, the 16th September, 2026

S.O. 5171(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 20A of the Railways Act,

1989 (24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government after being satisfied that for the

public purpose, the land, the brief description of which has been given in the schedule annexed hereto, is required for

the purpose of execution, maintenance, management and operation of the Special Railway Project namely,

“Construction of 02 lane ROB in lieu of LC No. 83 at Km. 1032/09-11 in CNB-TDL Section of Prayagraj Division

of North Central Railway” in the District of Kanpur Nagar in the state of Uttar Pradesh, hereby declares its intention

to acquire such land;

Any person interested in the said land may within a period of thirty days from the date of publication of this

notification in the official Gazette, raise objection to the acquisition and use of such land for the aforesaid purpose

under sub-section (1) of section 20 D of the said Act;

Every such objection shall be made to the Competent Authority, namely, Additional District Magistrate

(Land Acquisition) Kanpur Nagar, Uttar Pradesh in writing and shall set out the grounds thereof and the Competent

Authority shall give the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or by legal practitioner and may, after

hearing all such objections and after making such further enquiry, if any, as the Competent Authority thinks necessary,

by order, either allow or disallow the objections;

Any order made by the Competent Authority under sub-section (2) of section 20 D of the said Act shall be final;

The land plans and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be inspected by

the interested person at the aforesaid office of the Competent Authority.

Brief description of the land to be acquired, with or without structure, for the Special Railway Project, namely

“Construction of 02 lane ROB in lieu of LC No. 83 at Km. 1032/09-11 in CNB-TDL Section of Prayagraj
