का.आ. 5121(अ).— केन्द रीय सरकार, कोयला धारक क्षेत्र (अिजन और जिकास) अजधजनयम, 1957 (1957 का
20) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रित् त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के कोयला मंत्रायल की अजधसूचना संखयांक का.
आ. 710 (अ) तारीख 03 माचज 2017, िो भारत का रािपत्र असाधारण भाग 2, खण्ड 3, उप खण्ड (ii) तारीख 03 माचज
2017 को प्रकाजित की गई थी, का अजधक्रमण करते हुए, अजधक्रमण से पहले के उन कायो को छोड़कर िो दकये गए हैं अथिा
करने की प्रजतबद्धता हैं, नीचे िी गई सारणी के स्ट्तंभ (2) में जिजनर्िजष्ट अजधकाररओं को, उि अजधजनयम के प्रयोिनों के जलए
और उि अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (3), यथा जिजनर्िजष्ट िामोिर घाटी जनगम की अजधकाररता के भीतर आने िाले स्ट्तंभ (5) में

New Delhi, the 17th September, 2026.
S.O. 5121(E).— In exercise of the power conferred by section 3 of the Coal Bearing Areas
(Acquisition and Development) Act, 1957 (20 of 1957) and in supersession of the notification number S.O.
710 (E), dated the 3rd March, 2017, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 3, sub-
section (ii) dated the 3rd March, 2017, except in respect of things done or committed to be done before such
supersession, the Central Government hereby appoints the officers specified in column (2) of the Table below
to be the competent authorities for the purposes of the such of the provisions of the said Act, as specified
against the said competent authorities in the corresponding entry in column (4) thereof, in respect of the areas
specified in column (5), falling within the jurisdiction of the Damodar Valley Corporation as specified in
