NOTIFICATION

Mumbai, the 21st September, 2026

S.O. 5197(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (37A) of Section 2 of the Railways

(Amendment) Act, 2008 the Central Government hereby notifies “3^rd & 4^th line between Makarpura and

Vishwamitri project (5.64 Km) ”, as a Special Railway Project for acquisition of land in the State of

Gujarat, for providing national infrastructure for a public purpose with effect from the date of publication of

this notification in the Official Gazette.
