खंड 7क द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, रेल मंत्रालय (दजिण पजिम रेलवे, जिमााण संगठि, बेंगलुरु छाविी)

एतद्द्वारा िीचे दी गई ताजलका के कॉलम (4) में उजललजखत अजधकाररयों को 'सिम प्राजधकारी' के रूप में तथा कॉलम (5) में

उजललजखत अजधकाररयों को 'मध्यस्ट्थ' के रूप में प्राजधकृत ककया िाता है, ताकक वे उि अजधजियम के अंतगात ऐसे प्राजधकारी

के रूप में काया कर सकें, िो इस अजधसूचिा के रािपत्र में प्रकािि की तारीख से प्रभावी होगा, ताजलका के कॉलम (2) में

उजललजखत जविेष रेल पररयोििाओं के संबंध में, िो कॉलम (3) में उजललजखत जिले से संबंजधत हैं, ऐसी जविेष रेल

पररयोििा के जिष्पादि, अिुरिण, प्रबंधि तथा पररचालि िि प्रयोिि के जलए ककया गया है।

NOTIFICATION

Bengaluru, the 19th September, 2026

S.O. 5172(E).— In the exercise of the powers conferred by clause (6) of section 20F and clause 7A of

section 2 of the Railway Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) the Ministry of Railway (South Western Railway, Construction

Organization, Bengaluru Cantonment) hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (4) of the table below as

'Competent Authority' and the officers mentioned in column (5) of the table below as 'Arbitrator' to perform the

functions as such authority under the said act with effect from date of publication of this notification in the official

gazette in respect of Special Railway Projects mentioned in column (2) relating to district mentioned in column (3)

of the table below for public purpose of execution, maintenance, management and operation of such Special

Railway Project.
