New Delhi, the 23rd September, 2026

S.O. 5238(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) (d) of section 24 of the Tribunals

Reforms Act, 2026 (17 of 2026) read with clause (a) of sub-rule (7) of rule 3 and sub-rule (1) of rule 10 of the Tribunal

(Conditions of Service) Rules, 2021 and in pursuance of Office Memorandum of the Department of Legal Affairs,

Ministry of Law and Justice number J-18/57/2026-JUDICIAL/E. 195818 dated the 27^th August, 2026, the Central

Government hereby extends the tenure of Justice (Retd.) Sh. P. S. Dinesh Kumar, Former Chief Justice, High Court of

Karnataka as Presiding Officer, Securities Appellate Tribunal for a further period of one year beyond 28.04.2028, i.e.

up to 28.04.2029, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
