सा.का.जन. 839(अ).— महात्मा गांधी ग्रामीण औद्योगीकरण संस्ट्थान (एमजगरी) के संगम ज्ञापन के जनयम-

जवजनयम के खंड 24 के उप-खंड 1 और 2 द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और केंद्रीय सरकार के अनुमोिन से,

महात्मा गांधी ग्रामीण औद्योगीकरण संस्ट्थान की काययकारी पररषि महात्मा गांधी ग्रामीण औद्योगीकरण संस्ट्थान

(एमजगरी) में कजनष्ठ हहंिी अनुवािक के पि पर भती पद्धजत को जवजनयजमत करते हुए एतिद्वारा जनम्नजलजखत जनयम

बनाती है:-

1.

संजिप्त िीषयक और प्रारंभ– (1) इन जनयमों को महात्मा गांधी ग्रामीण औद्योगीकरण संस्ट्थान, कजनष्ठ हहंिी

अनुवािक भती जनयम, 2026 कहा िाएगा।

(2) ये सरकारी रािपत्र में प्रकािन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे।

अनुप्रयोग - ये जनयम इन जनयमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के कॉलम (1) में जवजनर्ियष्ट पि पर लागू होंगे।

3.

पि की संख्या, वगीकरण और पे मैररक्स में वेतन स्ट्तर अथवा वेतनमान - उि पि की संख्या, उनका वगीकरण

और उनसे संबद्ध वेतनमान उि अनुसूची के कॉलम (2) से (4) में यथाजवजनर्ियष्ट होंगे।

4.

भती पद्धजत, आयु-सीमा और अन्य अहयताएँ - उि पि की भती पद्धजत, आयु-सीमा तथा अहयताएँ एवं अन्य

संबंजधत मामले उपयुयि अनुसूची के कॉलम (5) से (13) में यथाजवजनर्ियष्ट होंगे।

5.

अनहयता- ऐसा व्यजि

(क) जिसने दकसी ऐसे व्यजि से जववाह दकया है अथवा जववाह अनुबंध दकया है जिसका पजत या पत्नी िीजवत है,

अथवा

(ख)

जिसने अपने पजत या पत्नी के िीजवत रहते हुए दकसी अन्य व्यजि से जववाह अथवा जववाह का अनुबंध

दकया है,

उि पि पर जनयुजि का पात्र नहीं होगा:

परन्तु, यदि केंद्रीय सरकार इस बात से संतुष्ट हो दक ऐसा जववाह ऐसे व्यजि और जववाह के अन्य पिकार पर

अनुप्रयोज्य स्ट्वीय जवजध (पसयनल लॉ) के अंतगयत अनुमेय है और ऐसा करने के अन्य आधार भी हैं, तो दकसी भी व्यजि को

इस जनयम के प्रचालन से जिजथलता प्रिान कर सकती हैं।

6.

जिजथल करने की िजि- िहाँ स्ट्वायत्तिासी जनकाय की यह राय हो दक ऐसा करना आव‍यक अथवा समीचीन है,

वहाँ वह केंद्रीय सरकार के पूवय अनुमोिन से, कारणों को अजभजलजखत कर दकसी वगय अथवा प्रवगय के व्यजियों के

बाबत इन जनयमों के दकन्हीं उपबंधों से आिेि द्वारा जिजथलता प्रिान कर सकेगी।

7.

व्यावृजत्त – इन जनयमों में दकसी भी बात से केंद्रीय सरकार द्वारा समय-समय पर िारी आिेिों के अनुरूप

अनुसूजचत िाजत, अनुसूजचत िनिाजत, अन्य जपछडा वगय, अवकाि-प्राप्त सैजनक और अन्य जविेष प्रवगय के व्यजियों

को दिए िाने वाले आरिण, आयु-सीमा में जिजथलता एवं अन्य अपेजित ररयायतें प्रभाजवत नहीं होंगी।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 23rd September 2026

G.S.R. 839(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clauses 1 and 2 of Clause 24 of the Rules and

Regulations of the Memorandum of Association of Mahatma Gandhi Institute for Rural Industrialization (MGIRI),

and with the approval of the Central Government, the Executive Council of Mahatma Gandhi Institute for Rural

Industrialization hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Junior Hindi

Translator in the Mahatma Gandhi Institute for Rural Industrialization (MGIRI) as under:-

1.

Short title and commencement– (1) These rules may be called the Mahatma Gandhi Institute for Rural

Industrialization, Junior Hindi Translator, Recruitment Rules, 2026. (2) They shall come into force on the date

of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2.

Application-These rules shall apply to the post specified in column (1) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3.

Number of post, Classification and Pay Level in the Pay Matrix or Pay Scale. - The number of the said

post, their classification and pay scale attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the said

Schedule.

4.

Method of recruitment, age limit and other qualifications. -The method of recruitment to the said post, age

limits and qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said

Schedule.

5.

Disqualification-No person, -

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible

for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the

personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for

so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.

6.

Power to relax- Where the autonomous body is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may,

by order, and for reasons to be recorded in writing, with prior approval of the Central Government relax any

provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

7.

Savings- Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required

to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-servicemen

and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from

time to time in this regard.
