NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 15th September, 2026

S.O. 5260(E).— In pursuance of clause (a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines

(Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), (hereinafter called the said Act), the Government of

India hereby authorizes Shri Anil Nathuram Sawant, Deputy Collector (Retired) to perform the functions of Competent

Authority under the Petroleum and Minerals pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 for the proposed

Vandri Lake-IPC Tokarale Water Pipeline Project (VTWPL) of M/s. Reliance Industries Limited in the state of

Maharashtra.

2. This notification will be effective from the date of its issue.
