की द्रिीकृत एथेन/प्रोपेन (C2/C3) पाइपलाइन के जलये पेरोजलयम और खजनि पाइपलाइन (भूजम में प्रयोक्ता के अजधकार का

अिजन) अजधजनयम, 1962 के तहत, श्री जिकास कुमार आनंि, संयुक्त कलेक्टर, मध्य प्रिेि सरकार को अजतररक्त प्रभार के

आधार पर, सक्षम प्राजधकारी के कायों का जनिजहन करने के जलए प्राजधकृत करती है।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 15th September, 2026

S.O. 5258(E).— In pursuance of clause (a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines

(Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), (hereinafter called the said Act), the

Government of India hereby authorizes Sh. Vikash Kumar Anand, Joint Collector, Government of Madhya

Pradesh to perform the functions of Competent Authority under the Petroleum and Minerals pipelines

(Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 on an additional charge basis, for Liquid Ethane/Propane

(C2/C3) Pipeline from GAIL, Vijaipur, Madhya Pradesh, to GAIL, Pata, Uttar Pradesh, in the state of

Madhya Pradesh.

2. This notification will be effective from the date of its issue.
