का.आ. (अ).— चुकक, भारत सरकार के रेल मंत्रालय की अजधसूचना एसओ सं. 2280(E), िो मई

को भारत के रािपत्र में संख्या नई कदल्ली, कदनांक - - असाधारण भाग-॥, अनुभाग- उप-अनुभाग

(ii)) में प्रकाजित हुई थी, और िो रेल अजधजनयम का की धारा 20A की उप-धारा जिसे आगे'

उक्त अजधजनयम कहा िाएगा) के तहत िारी की गई थी, उसके द्वारा केंद्र सरकार ने इस अजधसूचना के साथ िुडी अनुसूची

में बताई गई भूजम को अर्जित करने के अपने आिय की घोषणा की है, और यह भूजम एक जविेष रेल पररयोिना के

जनष्पादन के उद्देश्य से आवश्यक है, जिसके अंतगगत यह भूमी आंध्र प्रदेि के गुंटूर जिले के गुंटूर पजिम मंडल में, जचन्ना

पलकलूरु गााँव के जनकट, ककमी - पर जस्ट्थत समपार संख्या के स्ट्थान पर एक सडक ऊपरी पुल का जनमागण ककया

िाना है.

यह कक, उक्त अजधजनयम का धारा ए की उप-धारा के तहत अजधसूचना का सारांि कदनांक को

"आंध्र ज्योजत" और "ईनाडू" में प्रकाजित ककया गया था. जनधागररत वैधाजनक समय सीमा के भीतर कोई आपजि दिग नहीं

कराई गई है. यह कक उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा ई की उप-धारा के अनुसार, सिम प्राजधकारी ने केंद्र सरकार को

ररपोटग प्रस्ट्तुत कर दी है.

अतः सिम प्राजधकारी की उक्त ररपोटग प्राप्त होने पर, और, उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा ई की उप-धारा द्वारा

प्रदि िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केंद्र सरकार एतद् द्वारा यह घोषणा करती है कक उक्त अनुसूची में जवजनर्ददष्ट भूजम को

उपयुगक्त प्रयोिन के जलए अर्जित ककया िाना चाजहए.

इसके अजतररक्त, उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा ई की उप-धारा के अनुसरण में, केंद्र सरकार एतद् द्वारा यह घेणा

करती है कक इस घोषणा के रािपत्र में प्रकाजित होने पर, उक्त अनुसूची में जवजनर्ददष्ट भूजम समस्ट्त कानूनी दाजयत्वों से मात

होकर, पूणगतः केंद्र सरकार के अजधकार में आ िाएगी.

NOTIFICATION

Vijayawada, the 3rd September, 2026

S.O. (E).— Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Railways S.O.

Number 2280(E) dated the 6th May2026, published in the Gazette of India vide No 2189, New Delhi, dt.06-05-2026,

extraordinary Part-II. Section-3, sub-section(ii) issued under sub-section (1) of Section 20A of the Railway Act, 1989

(24 of 1989) hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declaration its intention to acquire the

land specified in the schedule annexed hereto the said notification is required for the purpose of execution of the

Special Railway Project, Construction of Road Over Bridge in Lieu of Level Crossing No.06 at Km 9/13-14 near

China Palakaluru Village of Guntur West Mandal in Guntur District of Andhra Pradesh.

And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in "Andh a Jyothi" and "The Eanadu"

on 12-05-2026 under sub-section (4) of Section 20A of the said Act. No objections have not been filed within the

statutory time limit. And whereas in pursuance of sub-section (1) of Section 201 of the said act, the Competenl

Authority has submitted the report to the Central Government.

Now, therefore upon receipt of the said report of the Competent Authority and in exercise of the powers

conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section-20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land

specified in the said schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose.

And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of Section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby

declares that on publication of this declaration in the official Gazette, the land specified in the said schedule shall vest

absolutely to the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.,
