अजधजनयम कहा गया है) की धारा 2 के खंड (क) के अनुसरण में भारत सरकार, केरल राज्य में मैससज गेल (इंजडया) जलजमटेड

की कोच्चि – कुट्टट्टनाड – बेंगलुरु - मंगलौर पाइपलाइन (केकेबीएमपीएल) पररयोिना के जलये उक्त अजधजनयम के तहत

इस अजधसूचना के प्रकाजित होने की जतजि से दिनांक 10.08.2027 तक, श्री रेंजगि िॉिज, जडप्टी कलेक्टर (एल आर)

कासरगोड, केरल सरकार को श्री िाहिहााँ एस., जडप्टी कलेक्टर के स्ट्िान पर, प्रजतजनयुजक्त पर, सक्षम प्राजधकारी के कायो

का जनष्पािन करने के जलए, एतिद्वारा प्राजधकृत करती हैI

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 23rd September, 2026

S.O. 5248(E).— In partial modification of the Government of India Notification No. S.O. 2505(E) dated

05.06.2025, published in the Extraordinary Gazette of India dated 18.06.2025, and in pursuance of clause (a) of

Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962),

(hereinafter called the said Act), the Government of India hereby authorizes Shri Rengith George, Deputy Collector

(LR), Kasaragod, Government of Kerala in place of Shri Shajahan S., Deputy Collector, Government of Kerala to

perform the functions of the Competent Authority for Kochi-Koottanad-Bengaluru-Mangalore Pipeline (KKBMPL)

Project of M/s GAIL (India) Limited in the State of Kerala for the period from the date of issue of this notification till

10.08.2027 under the said Act, on deputation basis.

2. This notification will be effective from its date of issue.
