का.आ. 5304(अ).— केन्द्रीय सरकार िे रेल अजधजियम, 1989 (1989 का 24) एवं रेलवे (संिोधि) अजधजियम

2008 (2008 का 11) (जिसे इसमें इसके पिात उक्त अजधजियम कहा गया है) की धारा-20'क की उप-धारा (1) के अधीि

िारी, भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खण्ड 3, उप-खण्ड (ii) में प्रकाजित भारत सरकार के रेलमंत्रालय (रेलवेबोडा)

की अजधसूचिा संख्या का. आ. 24 (अ) , तारीख 13 ििवरी 2026, जिसे इसमें इसके पिात उक्त अजधसूचिा कहा गया है)

द्वारा उक्त अजधसूचिा से उपाबद्ध अि सूची में जवजिर्दाष्ट भूजम को मध्यप्रदेि राज्य के उज्जैि जिले में जविेष रेल पररयोििा

अर्ाात “उज्जैि-फतेहाबाद अमाि पररवताि िाम की जविेष रेलपररयोििा के जिष्पादि, अि रक्षण, प्रबंधि और प्रचालि के

जलए अपेजक्षत है, ऐसी भूजम का अिाि करिे के आिय की घोषणा की र्ी।

और उक्त अजधसूचिा का सार उक्त अजधजियम की धारा-20'क की उपधारा (4) के अधीि दैजिक सामाचार पत्रों

अर्ाात अक्षर जवश्व , में और अजिबाण में तारीख 23 ििवरी 2026, को प्रकाजित ककया गया र्ा। और सक्षम प्राजधकारी

द्वारा कोई आक्षेप प्राप्त िहीं ककया गया। धारा 20ड की उपधारा (1) के अि सरण में सक्षम प्राजधकारी िे अपिी ररपोर्ा केंरीय

सरकार को प्रस्ट्त त कर दी है।

अतः अब केंरीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राजधकारी से उक्त ररपोर्ा के प्राप्त होिे पर और उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20ड की

उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए यह घोषणा करती है कक इससे उपावद्ध अि सूची में जवजिर्दाष्ट भूजम

पूवोक्त प्रयोिि के जलए अर्िात की िाएगी।

और यह कक केंरीय सरकार उक्त अजधजियम कक धारा-20(ड) कक उप-धारा (2) के अि सरण में यह घोषणा करती है

कक रािपत्र में इस अजधसूचिा के प्रकाजित होिे पर इससे उपाबद्ध अि सूची में जवजिर्दाष्ट भूजम सभी जवल्लंगमो से म क्त होकर

केंरीय सरकार में पूणातया जिजहत हो िाएगी।

NOTIFICATION

Mumbai, the 25th September, 2026

S.O. 5304(E).— Where as by the Notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of

Railways (Railway Board), number S.O. 24(E), dated 13 January 2026, published in Gazette of

India Extraordinary. Part II, section-3, Sub-section (ii), of section 20A of the Railways Act,1989

(24of1989) (here in after referred to as the said Act), the Central Government, has declared its

intention to acquire the land specified in the Schedule.

annexed to the said notification for execution, maintenance, management and operation of

Special Railway Project, namely, “Ujjain–Fatehabad Gauge Conversion”, in Ujjain District of

the State of Madhya Pradesh.

And where as, the substance of the said Notifications was published in Akshar Vishva, & Agnibaan

on 23 January 2026, under sub-section (4) of Section 20A of the said Act. And, where as, Nil objection has

been received by the competent authority.

And, where as, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of Section 20(E) of the said Act, the competent authority

has submitted its report to the Central Government;

Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority, and in exercise of the power

conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 20(E) of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that

the lands specified in the Schedule annexed here to shall be acquired for the afore said purpose.

And, further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of Section 20 (E) of the said Act, the Central

Government here by declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified

in the Schedule annexed here to shall vest absolutely in the Central Government free from all encumbrances.
