सा.का.जन. 847(अ).— केंद्रीय सरकार, सामाजिक सुरक्षा संजिता, 2020 (2020 का 36) की धारा 15 की

उपधारा (1) के खंड (ख) द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, कममचारी पेंिन स्ट्कीम, 2026 में जनम्नजलजखत संिोधन

करती िै, अर्ामत्:-

पैरा 7 के उप-पैरा (1) में, जनम्नजलजखत खंड अंतःस्ट्र्ाजपत दकया िाएगा, अर्ामत्:-

“(iii) िो कममचारी भजिष्य जनजध स्ट्कीम, 2026 का सिस्ट्य रिा िै, परंतु इस स्ट्कीम का सिस्ट्य निीं रिा िै और मििूरी की

नई अजधकतम सीमा की अजधसूचना की तारीख पर जिसकी मििूरी, केंद्रीय सरकार द्वारा अजधसूजचत मििूरी की

अजधकतम सीमा से कम या उसके बराबर िै।”

यि अजधसूचना 17 जसतंबर, 2026 से प्रिृत्त िोगी।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 25th September, 2026

G.S.R. 847(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 15 of the

Code on Social Security, 2020 (36 of 2020), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the

Employees’ Pension Scheme, 2026, namely:-

In sub-paragraph (1) of Paragraph 7, the following clause shall be inserted, namely:-

“(iii) who has been a member of the Employees’ Provident Funds Scheme, 2026, but not the member of this Scheme

and whose wages on the date of notification of the new wage ceiling is less than or equal to wage ceiling notified by

the Central Government.”

This notification shall come into force on the 17^th September, 2026.
