रेलवे अजधजनयम 1989 (24 of 1989) की धारा 20E के तहत
का.आ. 5302(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, ने रेल अजधजनयम, 1989 (1989 का 24) (जिसे इसमे इसके पश्चात उक्त
अजधजनयम कहा गया है) की धारा 20 ‘क’ की उपधारा (1) के अधीन िारी, भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण भाग II, खण्ड 3,
उपखण्ड (II) तारीख 04 फ़रवरी 2026 मे प्रकाजित भारत सरकार के रेल मंत्रालय (रेल्वे बोडड) की अजधसूचना संखयां का.
आ. 505(अ) तारीख 23 िनवरी 2026 और तारीख 07 अगस्ट्त 2026 मे प्रकाजित भारत सरकार के रेल मंत्रालय (रेल्वे
बोडड) की अजधसूचना संखयां का. आ. 4399 (अ), जिसे इसमे इसके पश्चात उक्त अजधसूचना कहा गया है, द्वारा उक्त अजधसूचना
से उपाबध्द अन सूची मे जवजनर्दडष्ट भूजम को, महाराष्ट्र राज्य के वधाड जिले मे जविेष रेल पररयोिना अर्ाडत, “नागप र मंडल के
नागप र - इटारसी और नागप र - बल्लारिाह अन भाग के बीच लेवल क्रॉससंग गेट्स के बदले आरओबी और आरयूबी (07
संखया) प्रस्ट्ताजवत जनमाडण” पररयोिना के जनष्पादन, अन रक्षण, प्रबंधन और प्रचालन के जलए अपेजक्षत है, ऐंसी भूजम का अिडन
करने के आिय की घोषणा की र्ीI
और, उक्त अजधसूचना का सार उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20क की उपधारा (4) के अधीन दैजनक समाचार पत्रों में
उपजिल्हाजधकारी वधाड द्वारा, “दैजनक िन-संग्राम” जहन्द् दी और अंग्रेिी में तारीख 24 फ़रवरी 2026 और “दैजनक िन-संग्राम”
जहन्द् दी और अंग्रेिी में तारीख 20 अगस्ट्त 2026 को प्रकाजित ककया गया र्ा |

और, सेलू ताल का के 02 गाव में कोई भी उद्देय से संबंजधत आक्षेप प्राप्त नही हुए हे I
और, उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20ड की उपधारा (1) के अन सरण मे सक्षम अजधकाररयों ने अपनी ररपोटड केंरीय
सरकार को प्रस्ट्त त कर दी है I
अत: अब केंरीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राजधकारी से उक्त ररपोटड के प्राप्त होने पर और उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20इ की
उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह घोषणा करती है कक इससे उपाबध्द अन सूची मे जवजनर्दडष्ट भूजम
पूवोक्त प्रयोिन के जलए अर्िडत की िाएगीI
और यह कक केंरीय सरकार उक्त अजधजनयम कक धारा 20 इ कक उपधारा (2) के अन सरण मे यह घोषणा करती है
कक रािपत्र मे इस अजधसूचना के प्रकाजित होने पर इससे उपाबध्द अन सूची मे जवजनर्दडष्ट भूजम सभी जवलंगमो से म क्त होकर
केंरीय सरकार मे आतयांककत रूप से जनजहत हो िाएगी I

जविेष रेल पररयोिना के जलए संरचना सजहत या उसके जबना अजधग्रजहत की िाने वाली भूजम का संजक्षप्त जववरण, अर्ाडत्:

NOTIFICATION
Mumbai, the 24th September, 2026
Under clause 20E of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989)
S.O. 5302(E).—Whereas, by the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Railways
(Railway Board), number, S.O 505 (E) dated the 23rd January 2026 published in Gazette of India,
Extraordinary, Part II, section 3 Sub-section (ii), dated the 4th February 2026 and S.O 4399 (E) dated the 7th
August 2026 published in Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 3 Sub-section (ii), (hereinafter
referred to as the said notification) and issued under sub-section (1) of section 20 (A) of the Railway Act,
1989 (24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declares its intention to
acquire the land specified in the schedule annexed to the said notification for the purpose of execution,
maintenance, management and operation of Special Railway Project in state of Maharashtra, district
Wardha, namely “Proposed construction of ROB & RUB (7 Nos.) in lieu of Level Crossing Gates
between Nagpur – Itarsi and Nagpur – Ballarshah section of Nagpur Division”.
And whereas, the substance of the said notifications was published in daily News Papers “Dainik
Jan-Sangram” Hindi & English on 24th February 2026 and “Dainik Jan-Sangram” Hindi & English on
20th August 2026 by Deputy Collector Wardha under sub section (4) of section 20A of the said Act.
And whereas, in 02 Villages Taluka Seloo no any objections related to the purpose received.
And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section 20 D of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted
its report to the Central Government.
Now therefore, upon receipt of the report of the Competent Authority and in exercise of the powers
conferred by sub-section (1) of section 20 E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the
lands specified in the schedule annexed hereto shall be acquired for the aforesaid purpose.
And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 20 E of the said Act, the Central Government
hereby declares that on publication of this notification in the official Gazette, the land specified in the
schedule annexed hereto shall vest absolutely in the Central government free from all encumbrances.
SCHEDULE
Brief description of the land to be acquired with or without structure for the Special Railway Project
namely: “Proposed construction of ROB & RUB (7 Nos.) in lieu of Level Crossing Gates between
Nagpur – Itarsi and Nagpur – Ballarshah section of Nagpur Division”, Project in the state of
Maharashtra.
