का.आ. 5335(अ).— भारत सरकार, रेल मंत्रालय, पूर्वोत्तर रेलर्वे द्वारा रेलर्वे अजधजियम, 1989 (1989 का 24)
की धारा 20E की उपधारा (1) के अन्तगात िारी अजधसूचिा संख्या का.आ. 4666(अ), दििााँकः 14.10.2025, िो भारत
के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग-।।, खण्ड-3, उप-खण्ड (ii) में प्रकाजित हुई थी, जिसके द्वारा जर्विेष रेल पररयोििा ‘‘एटा-
कासगंि िई रेल लाइि पररयोििा (29.00 दक.मी.)’’ के प्रयोिि हेतु उत्तर प्रिेि राज्य के ििपि कासगंि, तहसील कासगंि,
ग्राम िसरतपुर, कुरामई, बाकिेर एर्वं बरेला में अिुसूची में जर्वजिर्िाष्ट भूजम को अर्िात दकए िािे की घोषणा की गई थी;
और उक्त अजधसूचिा का सार अजधजियम की धारा 20E के अधीि हहंिी िैजिक समाचार पत्र ‘‘िैजिक िागरण’’
दििााँकः 31.10.2025 एर्वं ‘‘िी हहंिुस्ट्ताि टाइम्स’’ दििााँकः 31.10.2025 को प्रकाजित दकया गया था।
और िबदक, उक्त अजधसूचिा से संलग्न अिुसूची में क्रम संख्या 7 पर भूजम का गाटा संख्या “53” अंदकत हो गया था,
िबदक सही गाटा संख्या “56” है;

अजधसूचिा संख्या 5236(अ), दििांक 23.09.2026 के माध्यम से तििुसार संिोजधत दकया गया है;
अतः अब, उक्त 20E अजधसूचिा की अिुसूची में क्रम संख्या 7 के सामिे अंदकत ‘‘गाटा संख्या 53’’ को ‘‘गाटा संख्या
56’’ पढ़ा िाय।

NOTIFICATION CORRIGENDUM
Gorakhpur, the 28th September, 2026
Under Section 20E of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989)
S.O. 5335(E).— Whereas, by the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Railways, North
Eastern Railway/Construction Organization, Notification No. S.O. 4666(E), dated 14.10.2025, published in the Gazette
of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section-3, Sub-section (ii), under sub-section (1) of Section 20E of the Railways Act,
1989 (24 of 1989), the Central Government declared that the land specified in the Schedule annexed thereto should be
acquired for the purpose of execution, maintenance, management and operation of the Special Railway Project namely
“Etah-Kasganj New Railway Line Project (29.00 Km.)” in Village Nasratpur, Kuramai, Bakner & Barela, Tehsil
Kasganj, District Kasganj, State of Uttar Pradesh;
And whereas, the substance of the said notification was published in the daily Hindi News Paper “Dainik
Jagran” dated: 31.10.2025 and daily English News Paper “The Hindustan Times” dated: 31.10.2025 under section 20E
of the said Act.
And whereas, in the Schedule annexed to the said notification, the Gata No. of the land at Serial No. 7 was
inadvertently mentioned as “53” instead of the correct Gata No. “56”;
And whereas, the corresponding notification issued under Section 20A of the Railways Act, 1989 has also been
corrected suitably vide Corrigendum Notification No. 5236(E) dated 23.09.2026;
Now, therefore, in the Schedule annexed to the aforesaid 20E notification, against Serial No. 7, the entry “Gata
No. 53” shall be read as “Gata No. 56”.
The corrected entry shall accordingly be read as under:
