का.आ. 5322(अ).— रेलर्वे (संिोधि) अजधजियम, 1989 (24/89) (जिसे इसके बाद उक्त अजधजियम कहा गया

है) की धारा 20ए की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजक्तयों के तहत, केंद्र सरकार इस बात से संतुष्ट होिे के बाद कक सार्वािजिक

उद्देश्य के जलए, भूजम, जिसका संजिप्त जर्वर्वरण यहां संलग्न अिुसूची में कदया गया है, जर्विेष रेलर्वे पररयोििा के जिष्पादि के

जलए आर्वश्यक है, अर्ाात् उत्तर प्रदेि राज्य के, संतकबीरिगर जिले के तहसील खलीलाबाद में लखिऊ से गोरखपुर मागा

NH-27 के रेलर्वे चेिेि 2748.10 पर ऊपरगामी सेतु आरओबी संख्या 02 का जिमााण", इसके द्वारा ऐसी भूजम का अजधग्रहण

करिे का इरादा घोजषत करती है।

उक्त भूजम में जहतबद्ध कोई भी व्यजक्त, अजधसूचिा के रािपत्र में प्रकािि की तारीख से (30) तीस कदि की अर्वजध

के भीतर, उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20घ की उपधारा (1) के अधीि प्रयोिि के जलए ऐसी भूजम के अिाि पर आपजत्त उठा

सकेगा।

प्रत्येक आपजत्त, सिम प्राजधकारी अर्ाात भूजम अजधग्रहण के जलए सिम प्राजधकारी अपर जिलाजधकारी (जर्व0/रा0)/

संतकबीरिगर को संतकबीरिगर जिले के तहसील खलीलाबाद में लखिऊ से गोरखपुर मागा NH-27 के रेलर्वे चेिेि 2748.10

पर ऊपरगामी सेतु आरओबी संख्या 02 का जिमााण के संबंध में जलजखत रूप में आर्वेदि प्रस्ट्तुत की िाएगी तर्ा ऐसे आपजत्त

के आधार जिधााररत ककया िाएंगा और सिम प्राजधकारी, आपजत्तकताा को चाहे र्वह व्यजक्तगत रुप से हो या किर ककसी जर्वजध

व्यर्वसायी के माध्यम से, सुिर्वाई का अर्वसर देगा, और ऐसे आपजत्तयां सुििे के पश्चात् और आर्वश्यक आगे की िांच, यकद कोई

हो, करिे के पश्वात्, िैसा कक सिम प्राजधकारी आर्वश्यक समझे आपजत्तयों को स्ट्र्वीकार या अस्ट्र्वीकार कर सकेगा।

उक्त अजधजियम के 20D की उपके अंतगात सिम प्राजधकारी द्वारा िारी ककया गया कोई भी आदेि को (2) धारा-

अंजतम मािा िाएगा। इस अजधसूचिा के अंतगात आिे र्वाली भूजम की योििाएं और अन्य जर्वर्वरण उपलब्ध हैं और इच्छुक

व्यजक्त द्वारा सिम प्राजधकारी के उपरोक्त कायाालय में उिका जिरीिण ककया िा सकता है।

NOTIFICATION

Gorakhpur, the 21st September, 2026

S.O. 5322(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 20A of the Railways

(Amendment) Act, 1989 (24/89) (hereinafter referred as the said Act.), the Central Government, after being

satisfied that for the public purpose, the Land, brief description of which is given in the schedule annexed

here to is required for the execution of Special Railway Project, namely, "Construction of Road Over

Bridge (ROB) No. 02 at Railway Chainage 2748.10 of the Lucknow-Gorakhpur route (NH-27) in

Khalilabad Tehsil, Sant Kabir Nagar district, Uttar Pradesh. ", hereby declares its intention to acquire

such land.

Any person interested in the said land may within a period of (30) thirty days from the date of

publication of the notification in the Official Gazette, raise objection to the acquisition of such land for the

aforesaid purpose under sub-section(1) of section 20D of the said Act.

Every Such objection shall be made to the Competent Authority, namely Additional District

Magistrate(F/R), Santkabirnagar Uttar Pradesh in writing and shall set out the ground there of, and the

competent authority Authority shall give the objector the opportunity of being heard, either in person or by

legal practitioner and may, after hearing such objections and after making such further enquiry, if any, as the

Competent Authority thinks necessary, by order, either allowor disallow the objections.

Any order made by the Competent Authority under sub-section (2) of section 20D of the said Act

shall be final.

SCHEDULE

A brief description of the land to be allotted—either with or without Structure—for the "Special

Railway Project," specifically the , "Construction of Road Over Bridge (ROB) No. 02 at Railway

Chainage 2748.106 of the Lucknow-Gorakhpur route (NH-27) in Khalilabad Tehsil, Sant Kabir Nagar

district, Uttar Pradesh " is attached herewith (Annexure-1)
