का.आ. 5340(अ).— चूँकक केंद्र सरकार (रेल मंत्रालय, दजिण पजिम रेलवे, जिमााण संगठि, बेंगलुरु छाविी)

द्वारा रेलवे अजधजियम, 1989 (1989 का 24) की धारा 2, खंड 20A के अंतगात िारी अजधसूचिा S.O. 2527 (E),

कदिांक 14.05.2026, भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग-II, खंड-3, उप-खंड (ii) में प्रकाजित की गई थी, जिसके द्वारा

उक्त अजधसूचिा के साथ संलग्न अिुसूची में जिर्ददष्ट भूजम को “बेंगलुरु-मैसूरू खंड में िायंडहजलल और केंगेरी स्ट्टेििों के बीच

रेलवे कक.मी. 10/900 से 11/000 पर समपार फाटक सं. 10 के स्ट्थाि पर रोड अंडर जिि (RUB) के जिमााण” के उद्देश्य से

अजधग्रजहत करिे का इरादा घोजित ककया गया था।

और उक्त अजधसूचिा का सार “Deccan Herald” कदिांक 04.06.2026 तथा “Samyukta Karnataka”

कदिांक 04.06.2026 में रेलवे अजधजियम, 1989 की धारा 2, खंड 20A के अंतगात प्रकाजित ककया गया था।

सिम प्राजधकारी को रेलवे अजधजियम, 1989 की धारा 2, खंड 20D के अंतगात आपजियाूँ प्राप्त हुईं है, जिि पर

जवचार ककया गया तथा उिका उजचत रूप से जिपटारा ककया गया।

रेलवे अजधजियम, 1989 की धारा 2, खंड 20E के प्रावधािों के अिुसार, सिम प्राजधकारी िे अपिी ररपोटा रेल

मंत्रालय, दजिण पजिम रेलवे, जिमााण संगठि, बेंगलुरु छाविी को प्रस्ट्तुत ककया गया।

अतः, सिम प्राजधकारी की उक्त ररपोटा प्राप्त होिे के पिात तथा रेलवे अजधजियम, 1989 की धारा 2, खंड 20E

द्वारा प्रदि िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, रेल मंत्रालय, दजिण पजिम रेलवे, जिमााण संगठि, बेंगलुरु छाविी द्वारा घोजित

ककया िाता है कक अिुसूची में जिर्ददष्ट भूजम को उपयुाक्त उद्देश्य के जलए अजधग्रजहत ककया िािा चाजहए।

और आगे, रेलवे अजधजियम, 1989 की धारा 2, खंड 20E के अिुसार, रेल मंत्रालय, दजिण पजिम रेलवे, जिमााण

संगठि, बेंगलुरु छाविी द्वारा घोजित ककया िाता है कक इस अजधसूचिा के रािपत्र में प्रकािि के साथ ही अिुसूची में

जिर्ददष्ट भूजम सभी प्रकार के भार/दावों से मुक्त होकर पूणातः केंद्र सरकार में जिजहत (vest) हो िाएगी।

NOTIFICATION

Bengaluru, the 29th September, 2026

S.O. 5340(E).— Whereas by the notification of the Central Government (Ministry of Railway, South

Western Railway, Construction Organization, Bengaluru Cantonment) S.O. 2527 (E) dated 14.05.2026 published

in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section – 3, Sub-section (ii) issued under Section 2, Clause 20A of

Railway Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) (herein referred to as the said act) the Ministry of Railway, South Western

Railway, Construction Organisation, Bengaluru Cantonment declare its intention to acquire the land specified in

the schedule annexed to the said notification for “Construction of Road Under Bridge in lieu of LC 10 at

Railway K.M. 10/900 to 11/000 between Nayandahalli and Kengeri station on Bangalore Mysore section” in

the district of Bangalore In the state of Karnataka.

And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “Deccan Herald” dated

04.06.2026, and in “Samyukta Karnataka” dated 04.06.2026; under Section 2, Clause 20A of Railway Act,

1989. And whereas the Competent Authority has received objections filed under section 2, clause 20D, considered

and settled the same appropriately.

And whereas, in pursuance of Section 2, Clause 20E of Railway Act, 1989, the competent authority has

submitted its report to the Ministry of Railway, South Western Railway, Construction Organization, Bengaluru

Cantonment.

Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers

conferred by the Section 2, Clause 20E of Railway Act, 1989, the Ministry of Railway, South Western Railway,

Construction Organization, Bengaluru Cantonment hereby declares that the land specified in the said Schedule

should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;

And further, in pursuance of Section 2, Clause 20E of Railway Act, 1989, the Ministry of Railway, South

Western Railway, Construction Organization, Bengaluru Cantonment hereby declares that on publication of this

notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall vest absolutely in the Central

Government, free from all encumbrances.
