का.आ. 5337(अ).— भारत सरकार को लोकजित में यि आवश्यक प्रतीत िोता िै कक ओजडिा राज्य में लास्ट्ट

माइल कनेजटटजवटी से एम/एस. हिंदाल्को इंडस्ट्रीि जलजमटेड, कंसाररगुडा, रायगड़ा, ओजडिा को प्राकृजतक गैस के पररविन

के जलए गेल (इजण्डया) जलजमटेड द्वारा एक पाइपलाइन जबछाई िानी चाजिए ।

और भारत सरकार को उक्त पाईपलाइन जबछाने के प्रयोिन के जलए यि आवश्यक प्रतीत िोता िै कक उस भूजम

में जिसके भीतर उक्त पाईपलाइन जबछाई िाने का प्रस्ट्ताव िै और िो इस अजधसूचना से संलग्न अनुसूची मे वर्णित िै,

उपयोग के अजधकार का अििन ककया िाए ।

अतः अब भारत सरकार पेरोजलयम और खजनि पाईपलाइन (भूजम मे उपयोग के अजधकार का अििन)

अजधजनयम 1962 (1962 का 50) की धारा 3 कक उप धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, उस भूजम मे

उपयोग के अजधकार का अििन करने के अपने आिय की घोषणा करती िै ।

कोई व्यजक्त, िो उक्त अनुसूची में वर्णित भूजम में जितबद्ध िै, उस तारीख से जिसको उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3

की उपधारा (1) अधीन भारत के रािपत्र में यथा प्रकाजित इस अजधसूचना की प्रजतयााँ साधारण िनता को उपलब्ध करा

दी िाती िै, 21 कदन के भीतर भूजम के नीचे पाईप लाइन जबछाये िाने की सबंध मे, सक्षम प्राजधकारी, ओजडिा, गेल

(इजण्डया) जलजमटेड 612 उत्कटल जसग्नेचर, पािाल, एन िच- 16 भुवनेश्वर-751032 को जलजखत रूप मे आक्षेप भेि सकेगा ।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 28th September, 2026

S.O. 5337(E).— Whereas it appears to the Government of India that it is necessary in the public interest that

for transportation of natural gas through Last Mile Connectivity to M/s. Hindalco Industries Limited, Kansariguda,

Rayagada in the State of Odisha, a pipeline should be laid by Gail (India) Limited.

And whereas, it appears to the Government of India that for the purpose of laying the said pipeline, it is necessary to

acquire the right of user in land under which the said pipeline is proposed to be laid and which is described in the

Schedule annexed to this notification;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Petroleum and Minerals

Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Government of India hereby declares its

intention to acquire the right of user therein;

Any person interested in the land describe in the said schedule may, within twenty one (21) days from the date of

which the copies of the notification issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the said Act, as published in the

Gazette of India are made available to the general public, object in writing to the acquisition of the Right of User

therein for laying of the pipeline under the land to Competent Authority, Odisha, Gail (India) Limited, 612 Utkal

Signature, Pahal, NH-16 Bhubaneswar- 751032.
